Abstract :
Aim: Corruption leads to misallocation of budgets and financial resources, And to combat corruption, there must be a strong organizational culture, and physical activity will be fruitful in improving .organizational culture Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of physical activity on combating administrative corruption with the mediating role of organizational culture in the Sports and Youth Department of Markazi Province. Method: This study is an applied research in terms of its purpose and a descriptive-survey study in terms of its nature and method. The statistical population of this study is the employees of the Sports and Youth Department of Markazi Province, numbering 890 people, and the sample size according to the Cochran formula is 268 people. The field method and questionnaire tools were used to collect research data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been approved. Structural equations and LISREL software were used to analyze the results in this study. Results: The findings of the study indicate that physical activity has a positive effect on organizational culture. Organizational culture has a positive effect on combating corruption. Physical activity has a positive effect on combating corruption with the mediating role of organizational culture. Conclusion: Physical activity leads to improved morale, increased stress tolerance, and improved mental health in employees. These improvements, in turn, can lead to the creation of a stronger, anti-corruption organizational culture. |
