ملخص المقالة :
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش تحلیل محتوای مقالات مربوطه در زمینه تسهیم دانش بود. این پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل محتوای کیفی با بهره گیری از تکنیک پژوهش کیفی داده بنیاد انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مقالات مختلف علمی داخلی و خارجی از سالهای 2000 میلادی و 1388 شمسی تاکنون در زمینه تسهیم دانش تشکیل میدادند. بدین منظور پس از تحلیل کسپ تعداد 61 مقاله که به صورت مستقیم موضوع تسهیم دانش را بررسی کرده بودند، وارد فرایند تحلیل شدند. بر مبنای تحلیل محتوای کیفی مقالات و با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دیای، کدگذاری مقالات صورت پذیرفت. نهایتاً با بررسیهای انجام شده 355 کد در این مقالات در رابطه با تسهیم دانش وجود داشته است که منجر به شناسایی 13 متغیر اصلی و 39 مؤلفه گردیدکه هر یک از این مؤلفهها نیز دارای شاخصهایی هستند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد: مهمترین عواملی که در مقالات تسهیم دانش به آن اشاره شده است شرایط سازمانی مبتنی بر بستر سازمان و هم چنین انگیزههای بیرونی و درونی افراد جهت تسهیم دانش میباشد.سرانجام بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد، متغیرهای شناسایی شده در شش دسته کلی طبقه بندی و مدل نهایی ارائه گردید که تأمین کننده جریان فی مابین مؤلفهها برای تسهیم دانش در سازمان است.
