بررسی ساختاری تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر پنهانسازی دانش بر اساس اشتیاق هماهنگ و معنیداری کار(مطالعه مودی: شرکت طراحی مهندسی سایپا)

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ساختاری تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر پنهانسازی دانش بر اساس اشتیاق هماهنگ و معنیداری کار به صورت موردی در شرکت طراحی مهندسی سایپا انجام گرفته است. به منظور دستیابی به هدف مطالعه پنج فرضیه تدوین و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. این مطالعه از منظر موضوع و هدف کاربردی و بر اساس شیوه و ماهیت انجام کار از نوع توصيفي بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شرکت طراحی مهندسی سایپا در تبریز تشکیل دادند که تعداد کارکنان این شرکت در تبریز 230 نفر بود. تعداد نمونه آماری برابر 140 کارمند برآورد شد. در این پژوهش به منظور جمعآوری دادههای لازم جهت آزمون فرضیات تحقیق از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد بر اساس متغیرهای تحقیق استفاده شده است. پرسشنامههای مطالعه بعد از بررسی روایی و پایایی در بین نمونه آماری توزیع گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده از پرسشنامههای تحقیق از آمارهای توصیفی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان میدهد که رهبری اخلاقی، معنیداری کار و اشتیاق هماهنگ تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر پنهان سازی دانش دارند. همچنین رهبری اخلاقی بر اشتیاق هماهنگ و معنیداری کار تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
