تحلیل عوامل موثر در تابآوری شهری منطقه دو شهر تهران

ملخص المقالة :
تابآوری یعنی توانایــی بازیابــی، بهبــود ســریع میباشد. در مطالعات شهری از تابآوری به منظور کاهش آسیبهای شهری مطرح میشود. مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش یکی از مناطق کلان شهر تهران است. پژوهش در ارتباط با مرحله پيش از بحران و معطوف به تقليل خطر بحران میباشد. به عبارت دقيقتر هدف این مطالعه بطور کلی مطالعه رابطه تاب آوری اجتماعات شهری با وضعيت خطرپذیری در برابر سیل ،زلزله ودیگر بلایا و شناخت ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی،مدیریتی - نهادی و کالبدی زیرساختی است. همچنين درك بهتر رابطه تاب آوری اجتماعات شهری به منظور کاهش اثرات سیل ،زلزله ودیگر بلایا است همچنين با توجه به تقویت تاب آوری و نقش آن در کاهش اثرات سوانح طبيعی در منطقه 2 شهر تهران بر نقش آموزش و ارتقای آگاهیها و اطلاع رسانی، توسعه دانش، تعهدات عمومی و چارچوب های نهادی، مهارتهای محلی، بومی و... بعنوان سياست های افزایش و تقویت تاب آوری تاکيد می شود.
