چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش مدیریت خشم بر احساس خصومت و میزان سلامت روان والدین بود. بدین منظور کارگاههای آموزشی روشهای کنترل خشم طی هفت جلسه، برای والدین کودکان دبستانی برگزار شد. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون تک گروهی بوده و گروه نمونه بهصورت در دسترس شامل 84 نفر از والدین دانشآموزان (در قالب پنج کارگاه) در مدارس غیرانتفاعی شهر تهران بود. در این کارگاهها، روش کنترل خشم با استفاده از برنامه مداخله آتشبازی با رویکرد شناختی-رفتاری و تأکید بر روابط بین والدین با کودکان، آموزش داده شد. میزان خصومت و سلامت روان شرکتکنندگان پیش و پس از اجرای مداخله اندازهگیری شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل سیاهه احساس خصومت ردفورد - ویلیامز (ردفورد، 1998) و سیاهه سلامت روانی ـ 28 (ویت و ویر، 1983) بود. نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی آموزش کنترل خشم بر کاهش احساس خصومت، درماندگی روانشناختی و افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی بود (05/0 p <). در مجموع میتوان بیان کرد که از مدیریت خشم میتوان بهعنوان مداخلهای کاربردی و مؤثر بخصوص برای کاهش احساس درماندگی و افزایش سلامت روان استفاده کرد.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of anger managementprogram on hostility and well-being of parents. For this reason, anger controlworkshops were presented for parents of elementary school children. Thisresearch utilized a semi experimental pre-post tests single group design.Sample consisted of an available group containing 84 parents of students (5group) in private schools in the city of Tehran. Anger control methods calledFireworks program, based oncognitive-behavioral approach, was taught with an emphasis onparent-child relationship. Hostility and Well-being of the participants weremeasured using Redford-Williams Hostility Inventory (RWHI) and Mental HealthInventory (MHI-28). Results indicated significant effects on hostility,psychological distress and psychological well-being. Finally, we may concludethat anger management, as an effective and functional intervention, could beused to diminish psychological distress and to enhance psychologicalwell-being.
