تکنیکهای بهینهسازی منابع انسانی در توسعه کسبوکارهای ورزشی با رویکرد استارت آپ ها

تحقیق حاضر باهدف تکنیکهای بهینهسازی منابع انسانی در توسعه کسبوکارهای ورزشی با رویکرد استارت آپ ها انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق حاضر آمیخته بود. نمونه آماری بخش کیفی شامل متخصصان آگاه به موضوع تحقیق بودند. بهمنظور شناسایی این نمونهها، از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده گردید. این نمونهگیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و درنهایت تعداد ۱۶ نفر بهعنوان نمونه در بخش کیفی مشخص گردیدند. همچنین جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر در بخش کمی شامل مدیران و کارکنان باشگاه ورزشی، مدیران و کارکنان کسبوکارهای ورزشی، مدیران رده بالا وزارت ورزش و جوانان، دانشجویان دکتری رشته بازاریابی ورزشی و درنهایت مشتریانی که خدماتی ورزشی به آنها ارائه میشود، بودند که تعداد آنان برابر با ۳۶۰ نفر برآورد شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها در تحقیق حاضر شامل پرسشنامه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته میباشد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای تحقیق حاضر از کدگذاری و همچنین آزمون معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. کلیه روند تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای تحقیق حاضر در نرمافزارهای SPSS، PLS و Maxqda انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که تعداد 41 کد بهعنوان تکنیکهای بهینهسازی منابع انسانی در توسعه کسبوکارهای ورزشی با رویکرد استارت آپ ها مشخص گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تکنیکهای بهینهسازی منابع انسانی در توسعه کسبوکارهای ورزشی با رویکرد استارت آپ ها شامل 6 دسته تکنیکهای آموزشي، جذب و انتخاب نیروی انسانی، مدیریت عملکرد، حفظ و نگهداری منابع انسانی، ارتباطات موثر و استفاده از فناوری بود.
The present study was conducted with the aim of human resource optimization techniques in sports business development with a startup approach. The present research method was mixed. The statistical sample of the qualitative part included experts knowledgeable about the research topic. In order to identify these samples, the purposive sampling method was used. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached, and finally 15 people were identified as samples in the qualitative part. Also, the statistical population of the present study in the quantitative part included managers and employees of sports clubs, managers and employees of sports businesses, high-level managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, doctoral students in sports marketing, and finally customers who are provided with sports services, whose number was estimated to be 360 people. The data collection tools in the present study included a semi-structured questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding and structural equation testing were used. All data analysis processes of the present study were carried out in SPSS, PLS and Maxqda software. The results of the present study showed that 41 codes were identified as human resource optimization techniques in the development of sports businesses with a startup approach. The results showed that human resource optimization techniques in the development of sports businesses with a startup approach included 6 categories: educational techniques, recruitment and selection of human resources, performance management, retention and maintenance of human resources, effective communication and use of technology.
