This study aimed to model the impact of managers’ decision-making styles on the social responsibility of employees at the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research adopted an applied approach in terms of its objective, and a descriptive-survey method for data collection, conducted through field research. The statistical population comprised 890 employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth in 2023. Based on Cochran’s formula, 267 individuals were selected as the statistical sample using an available sampling method. Data were collected using the General Decision-Making Style Questionnaire by Scott and Bruce (1995) and Carroll’s Corporate Social Responsibility Questionnaire (2000). The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by eight professors of sport management. The reliability of the questionnaires was also assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, yielding values of 0.87 for the General Decision-Making Style Questionnaire and 0.85 for the Social Responsibility Questionnaire, both of which were deemed acceptable. For data analysis, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, t-test, and structural equation modeling were employed. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results indicated that managers’ decision-making styles have a significant impact on employees’ social responsibility. Based on these findings, it is recommended that managers at the Ministry of Sport and Youth adopt appropriate decision-making styles and create conditions conducive to fostering a sense of responsibility among their employees
