ساخت و اعتباریابی سیاهه توسعه حرفه ای مدیران آموزش مبتنی بر فرهنگ دیجیتال

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی سیاهه توسعه حرفهای مدیران آموزش در سازمانهای صنعتی با تأکید بر فرهنگ دیجیتال انجام شده است.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- استنباطی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مدیران آموزش در واحدهای صنعتی کشور بود که بر اساس فرمول (Godden, 2004) تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه تعیین و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای مشخص و سیاهه به صورت تصادفی توزیع شد. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته برگرفته از بخش کیفی استفاده شد.
یافته ها: در این پژوهش از آزمونهای تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و آزمون فریدمن به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس و آموس (نسخه 20) استفاده گردید. بر اساس نتایج، مطابق با مقادیر به دست آمده از محاسبه نسبت روایی محتوایی ضریب لاوشه و اعمال نظرات متخصصان، روایی محتوایی بدست آمد. بمنظور روایی سازه، یافتههای به دست آمده نشان میدهند که همه گویههای سیاهه توسعه حرفهای مدیران آموزش مبتنی بر فرهنگ دیجیتال دارای بار عاملی بالا و مناسب بودهاند و در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند. همچنین با توجه به مقادیر آلفای کرونباخ و قابلیت اعتماد ترکیبی، مقادیر ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (71/0 تا 92/0) و قابلیت اعتماد ترکیبی (80/0 تا 98/0) گویای دقت بالای ابزار سنجش هر کدام از مقولهها (خرده مقیاسها) و پایا بودن ابزار مربوط به آنهاست.
اصالت / ارزشافزوده علمی: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، توسعه حرفهای مدیران آموزش در حوزه صنایع میتواند با تمرکز بر عواملی منجر به ساری و جاری شدن فرهنگ دیجیتال در سازمان شود. این پژوهش قادر خواهد بود ابزاری معتبر در اختیار مسئولان، کارشناسان و مدیران حوزه صنعت قرار دهد تا به کمک آن برای تربیت مدیران و کارشناسان آموزش و ارائه شاخصهایی برای شناسایی چنین مدیران توسعه یافتهای نقشآفرینی کنند.
Purpose: This research aimed to develop and validate a professional development checklist for training managers in industrial organizations with an emphasis on digital culture.
Research methodology: The method was descriptive-inferential. The statistical population of this study was all training managers in industrial units of the country, which was determined as a sample of 384 people based on the formula (Godden, 2004) and was determined by cluster random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire taken from the qualitative section was used to collect data.
Findings: Confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman test were used to analyze the data. Validity was obtained in accordance with the values obtained from calculating the content validity ratio of the Lavosh coefficient and applying the opinions of experts. All items of the professional development checklist for digital culture-based education managers had high and appropriate factor loadings and were in a favorable state. Considering the Cronbach's alpha values and composite reliability, the values of Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
Originality/scientific added value: This research will be able to provide a valid tool to industry officials, experts, and managers, with the help of which they can play a role in training managers and experts and providing indicators to identify such developed managers.
