اعتبار سنجی مدل حِکمی سازی در نظام آموزش عالی کشور

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: نظام آموزش عالی مسئول تربیت هزاران متفکر آینده در برابر تحولات سریع و عمیق سیستمی جامعه امروز است که از طریق حکمی سازی عملی خواهد شد. در این راستا حکمی سازی نظام آموزش عالی به روشنتر شدن تصویر کلی سیستم آموزشی و همراستایی آن با نیازهای جامعه نمایان میشود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: استراتژی تحقیق پیمایشی و روش پژوهش کمی است. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش بین اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی مشهد به تعداد 480 نفر بوده اند که از این تعداد 190 نفر بعنوان نمونه ی آماری به روش تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 116 گویه می باشد. برای تحلیل داده های این پژوهش از نرم افزار spss و نرم افزار پی ال اس استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق در الگوی موردنظر شامل6 مقوله در 16 مولفه عوامل فردی، بین فردی، سازمانی ، دانش عملی، دانش هوشمندانه ، تفکر خردمندانه ،استراتژی جامع علمی کشور، استراتژی رهبری تحول گرا، استراتژی حکمت رفتارگرا ، استراتژی جهاد تبیین ، بهبود عملکرد نظام آموزش، تحقق فضایل اخلاقی ، عوامل فرهنگی و عوامل ساختاری می باشد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: به نتایج داده ها نشان داد که الگوی مذکور از اعتبار لازم برخوردار است.
چکیده انگلیسی :
Introduction: The higher education system is responsible for training thousands of future thinkers in the face of the rapid and profound systemic changes in today's society, which will be implemented through formalization. In this regard, formalization of the higher education system is reflected in the clarification of the overall picture of the educational system and its alignment with the needs of society.
research methodology: The research strategy is a survey and the research method is quantitative. The statistical population of the study was 480 faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad, of which 190 were selected as a statistical sample using a stratified random method proportional to the volume. The research tool includes a researcher-made questionnaire with 116 items. SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data of this study.
Findings: The research findings in the model in question include 6 categories in 16 components: individual, interpersonal, organizational factors, practical knowledge, intelligent knowledge, wise thinking, comprehensive scientific strategy of the country, transformational leadership strategy, behavioral wisdom strategy, explanation jihad strategy, improving the performance of the education system, realizing moral virtues, cultural factors and structural factors.
Conclusion: The data results showed that the aforementioned model has the necessary validity..
