ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه ذهنیت فلسفی به منظور تبیین کارکردهای فلسفه اسلامی در سیستمهای کسب و کار

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه ذهنیت فلسفی به منظور تبیین کارکردهای فلسفه اسلامی در سیستمهای کسب و کار با استفاده از روش دلفی و میانگین سازی به اجرا درآمده است. برای این منظور از تعداد 72 نفر متخصص فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت که از اساتید دانشگاههای استان تهران هستند، 12 نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به پرسشنامه اولیهای که بر اساس مطالعه منابع، پرسشنامههای موجود در ایران و خارج از کشور و نظر کارشناسان فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت در 108 گویه تهیه شده بود، پاسخ داده شد. در این پژوهش مقدماتی پرسشنامهای 72 گویهای شامل 12 شاخص برای 3 مؤلفه جامعیت، انعطافپذیری و تعمق با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 90/0 استحصال شد. خروجی SPSS برای پایایی بعد جامعیت 82/0، انعطافپذیری 81/0 و تعمق 77/0 میباشد. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که این پرسشنامه دقت و کیفیت اندازهگیری ابعاد سهگانه ذهنیت فلسفی را بیشتر از پرسشنامههای موجود دارد. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که این پرسشنامه دقت و کیفیت اندازهگیری ابعاد سهگانه ذهنیت فلسفی را بیشتر از پرسشنامههای موجود دارد.
The current research was carried out with the aim of building and validating the Philosophical Mindset Questionnaire using the Delphi method and averaging. For this purpose, from the number of 72 experts in the philosophy of education who are professors of the universities of Tehran province, 12 people were selected by a simple random sampling method and submitted to an initial questionnaire based on the study of sources, questionnaires available in Iran and abroad and the opinion of philosophy experts. Education was prepared in 108 items, answered. In this preliminary research, a 72-item questionnaire including 12 indicators for the 3 components of comprehensiveness, flexibility and contemplation with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.90 was obtained. The output of SPSS for the reliability dimension of comprehensiveness is 0.82, flexibility is 0.81, and depth is 0.77. In total, the results showed that this questionnaire has more accuracy and quality of measuring the three dimensions of philosophical mindset than the existing questionnaires.
