طراحی مدل ریاضی زنجیره عرضه یک سازمان تولیدی با فرآیند تولید چند مرحله ای

چکیده مقاله :
در سالهای اخیرء مدیریت سازمانها با چالشهای عمده جدیدی مواجه شده اندک همنتج به توجه خاص به زنجیره عرضه و نحوه مدیریت آَنگشته است. در این راه اگرچه مدل های متعددی برای زنجیره تأمین ارائه شده استء اما در آنهابهزنجیره تأمین به صورت یکپارچه توجه نشده و یا اگر این گونه بوده فرآیند تولیدبه صورت تک مرحله ای در نظرگرفتهشده است که در این صورت موجودی کالای نیم ساخته در فرآیندتولید مورد توجه واقع نشده است. در این مقاله تلاش شده است با ارائه یک مدل ریاضی دو سطحی برای یک سازمان تولیدی با فرآیندتولید چند مرحله ای و مقایسه خروجیهای مدل با اطلاعات واقعی دریافتی از شرکت نساجی نمونه صحت مدل مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. لذا مدل این تحقیق در دو سطح میان مدت وکوتاه مدت طراحی شده استکه در سطح میان مدت چند هدف برای برنامه ریزی جامع خریده تولید و توزیع آرائه شده است که وضعیت بهینه را در یک دوره 10 روزه مشخص می کند. مدل سطح کوتاه مدت نیز با هدف حداقل کردن هزینه های زنجیره و موجودی کالای نیم ساخته در مراحل مختلفتولید برنامه های روزانهتولید را در هر مرحله از فرآیند تولیده مشخص می کند. پس از ارائه مدل اطلاعات واقعی شرکت نمونه در مدل قرارگرفته و با استفاده از نرم افزار لینگو مدل حل گردید ونتایجبه دست آمده از مدل با موجودیهای کالای نیم ساخته مراحل مختلف تولید مقایسه گردید نتایج تحقیق حاکی از کاهش قابل توجه کالای نیم ساخته در بخش های مختلف فرآیندتولید در صورتاستفاده از مدل بود و بدینترتیب کارایی مدل موردتأیید قرار گرفت.
