ارائه الگوی زنجیره تأمین مالی در صنعت مونتاژ با رویکرد کیفی تحلیل مضمون (مطالعه موردی: صنعت لوازم خانگی)

چکیده مقاله :
در شرایط کنونی کشور، تحریمها و پیامدهای ناشی از آن علیه اقتصاد کشور (دشوار شدن واردات مواد اولیه، افزایش نرخ ارز، افزایش قیمتها، تورم، رکود اقتصادی و افزایش هزینههای تولید)، سبب گردیده تا تولیدکنندگان برای توسعه کمّی و کیفی تولیدات خود و به ویژه در زمینهی تأمین مالی زنجیره تأمین محصولات خود با مشکلات عدیدهای مواجه باشند. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی زنجیره تأمین مالی در صنایع مونتاژ لوازم خانگی انجام شد. این مطالعه از حیث هدف از انواع توسعهای و گونهی پژوهشهای اکتشافی است که به شیوهی کیفی و با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از منابعی است که برای تحلیل مضمون استفاده شدند. و به منظور تقویت روایی پژوهش، از نظرات خبرگان و اساتید زنجیره تأمین در ارزیابی یافتهها استفاده گردید. شیوهی نمونهگیری بصورت هدفمند میباشد. بر این اساس پس از جستجوی پایگاه های اطلاعاتی 147 منبع اعم از کتاب و مقاله، شناسایی و دانلود شدند که در مجموع 51 منبع حاوی کدهای مرتبط بودند که به عنوان نمونه منتخب پژوهش در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج تحلیل مضمون شناسایی 151 مضمون پایه، 43 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 13 مضمون فراگیر بود که در چارچوب الگوی زنجیره تأمین مالی صنایع مونتاژ ارائه شدند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
In the current situation of the country, the sanctions and its consequences against the country's economy (difficulty importing raw materials, increasing exchange rates, increasing prices, inflation, economic stagnation and increasing production costs) have caused producers to develop The quantity and quality of their products and especially in the field of financing the supply chain of their products face many problems. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing the model of the financing chain in the household appliance assembly industry. In terms of the purpose of this study, it is a type of developmental and exploratory research that was conducted in a qualitative manner using thematic analysis method. The statistical population of this research consists of the sources that were used to analyze the theme. And in order to strengthen the validity of the research, the opinions of supply chain experts and professors were used in the evaluation of the findings. The sampling method is purposeful. Based on this, after searching the databases, 147 sources, including books and articles, were identified and downloaded, and a total of 51 sources contained related codes, which were considered as the selected sample of the research. The results of theme analysis identified 151 basic themes, 43 organizing themes, and 13 comprehensive themes, which were presented in the framework of the assembly industry financing chain model.
