Due to the advantages of Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer methods, including simple, inexpensive, and accurate and being natural, in this study, development of a new method of Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer to plants through the wooden vessel Transient Expression of GUS gene using RT-PCR method and the gold nanoparticle probes.         Nano ZnO/ montmorillonite composite were prepared by sol gel method under ultrasonic irradiation from directly mixing montmorillonite nano clay into Zinc gel. The Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O and montmorillonite nano clay was used as precursor. The zinc acetate was dissolved in DI water and, NH3 (aq) solution was dropped into the zinc solution until pH 9 consequently the zinc gel was produced. The montmorillonite nano clay was mixed into Zinc gel, after stirring for two days, the mixture was irradiated 30 min by ultrasonic probe. The filtrated composite gel was calcinated at 400°C for 3h in furnace. The morphology of prepared catalysts were characterized by field emission scanning electronic microscopy (FESEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The XRD patterns confirm that synthesized catalysts had highly crystalline nature. The calcination temperature of 400°C and aging time of 48 h for preparation of this nanocomposite was found to be the optimum condition. Manuscript profile

        In this study, the adsorption of 4-hydroxy phenyl-azobenzene on the surface of (4, 0) zigzag open-end boron nitride nanotube (BNNT) has been investigated by quantum calculations. In order to find the preferred adsorption site, different positions and orientations were considered. The impacts of donor-acceptor electron delocalization on the structural and electronic properties and reactivity of (4, 0) zigzag boron nitride nanotube (BNNT) in interaction with 4-hydroxy phenyl-azobenzene was investigated based on the Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. Thermodynamic functional analysis suggesting thermodynamic favourability for adsorption of azo dye on (4, 0) zigzag BNT in both gas and aqueous phases. Delocalization of charge density between the bonding and antibonding orbitals calculated by NBO (natural bond orbital) analysis. In the reaction of BNNT with azo dye, the total electronic energy (Eel), azo dye-BNNT dipole moment (5.74 D), resonance energy (E2), HOMO-LUMO energy bond gaps, density of state (DOS), adsorption energies (ΔEAd) and structural parameters were calculated.         In this study, the radial distribution and gravimetric storage capacities of hydrogen on coronene (C24H12) and its Si substituted forms, C24H12, C24-nSinH12 (n= 4-24), have been investigated at 298 K and 0.1 MPa (standard situation) using (N,V,T) Monte Carlo simulation by Lennard-Jones (LJ) 12-6 potential. The results show that the increase of number of silicon substitution doesn’t have any effect on the value of Radial Distribution Function (RDF) of H2. Also, the symmetric silicon substituted structures have more RDF than asymmetric types. The magnitude of hydrogen radial distribution on the surface of C6Si18H12 is larger than other structures. The maximum value of radial distribution, gravimetric storage capacity and weight percent of hydrogen storage under identical temperature and pressure conditions are 0.0434, 0.0612 and %6.12 for C6Si18H12 structure at 0.73Å. On the basis of results, the coronene with 18Si can be suggested as a choice for hydrogen container compared with other its Si substituted forms. Manuscript profile

        In this work, the first in the world of science, the focus was on the best angle of connection between carbon nanotubes and the most widely used group of antibiotics. While having the highest stability, in terms of energy, we have the best angle of to connect to the in vivo delivery of intraoperative antibiotic binding with carbon nanotubes not lost. It will never work in the world of science. Connecting the carbon nanotube and antibiotics precise targeting to sites of infection within the body and a much lower dose of antibiotics is needed.         A novel, simple, sensitive and effective method has been developed for preconcentration of Hg(II) on nano-Fe3O4-DOP-ED solid-phase extraction adsorbent. In this paper, Dioctyl phthalate (DOP) was used to encapsulate nano-Fe3O4 and produce a nano-Fe3O4-DOP sorbent based new sorbent was prepared. This was treated with ethylenediamine (ED) in another solvent-free procedure for the formation of a novel nano-Fe3O4-DOP-ED. Flame atomic absorption spectrometer was utilized for determination of Hg(II). Some of the important parameters on the preconcentration and complex formation were selected and optimized. Under the optimized conditions the limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were 49.6, 163.7 ng L-1 and the proposed method has a good reproducibility 0.90% (RSD %) and preconcentration factor was found to be 200. The methodology was applied for determination of Hg(II) in natural water samples and satisfactory results were obtained. Manuscript profile

        Supplementation has beneficial effects in immune system and can antioxidant enzymes activity increases during the exercise and protects the tissue against the oxidative stress. L-Carnitine is a famous Supplement and helps to protect against the oxidative stress during and after intense or prolonged exercise. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of L-Carnitine supplementation on the blood anti-oxidation enzymes (GPX SOD, CAT and GR) response. In this semi experimental study, 20 basketball players participated. They randomly divided into two groups of supplementation and placebo respectively. Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Catalase, Glutathione Reductase (GR) and Glutathione Peroxidase (GPX) evaluated. Supplementation groups intake 3000 mg on the day for 2 weeks. Then 2 groups participate in Basketball acute training. The data analyzed using SPSS- 20 and repeated measure ANOVA, Bonferroni and independent t-test at (α≤0.05). Our findings showed a significant increase in SOD, GPX and GPX (P<0.05) .Based on the finding of this study, we can say that if females basketball players use L-Carnitine, this may increase their enzymes anti- oxidant .Our results suggest that the increased basal anti oxidative capacity (GPX SOD, CAT and GR) following L-Carnitine supplementation can increase the undesirable alterations of exercise-induced oxidative damage in active females.
