بررسی روابط میان مولفههای ساختاری توسعه نظام آموزش عالی ایران با رویکرد آینده پژوهی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر، بررسی روابط میان مولفههای بعدساختاری توسعه نظام آموزش عالی ایران با رویکرد آیندهپژوهی بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی است که با رویکرد آمیخته با طرح اکتشافی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را در بخش کیفی، اعضای هیاتعلمی و خبرگان پنل آیندهپژوهی و در بخش کمی، اعضای هیاتعلمی و کارکنان دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی منطقه3 کشور بهترتیب بهتعداد 20 نفر و 5878 نفر تشکیل دادند. در بخش کیفی از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 15نفر و در بخش کمی با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای و براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 361 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار به تایید متخصصان رسید و پایایی ترکیبی و ضریب آلفایکرونباخ مورد تایید بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. مطابق با نتایج برای بعدساختاری 5 مولفه منابع مالی(825/0)، فرهنگسازمانی آیندهگرا(810/0)، فناوریاطلاعات و ارتباطات(798/0)، ساختارسازمانی چابک(760/0) و استقلال دانشگاه(756/0) شناسایی گردید. بیشترین اثرگذاری را مولفه منابع مالی بر ساختارسازمانی چابک و مولفه منابع مالی بر فناوریاطلاعات و ارتباطات دارد و کمترین تاثیر بین مولفهها مربوط به اثرگذاری مولفه فرهنگسازمانی بر استقلال دانشگاه و مولفه منابع مالی بر استقلال دانشگاه دارد.
The present study aimed to investigate the causal relationships between the structural Components for the development of the Iranian higher education system with a future study approach. In terms of purpose, this research is an applicable one that was prepared with a mixed method with the exploratory design. In the qualitative part, the statistical population of the study consisted of experts of the futures study panel, and in the quantitative part, included faculty members and staff of Islamic Azad universities in Region 3 of the country, 20 people and 5878people, respectively. In the qualitative part of the purposive sampling method, 15 people and in the quantitative part with the combined cluster and stratified sampling method and based on the Cochran''s formula, 361 people were selected as the sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was adopted to collect data. The face and content validity of the instrument(0.881) as well as the combined reliability(0.932) and Cronbach''s alpha(0.922) coefficient were approved by experts. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests were used to analyze the data. The five sub-criteria of financial resources(0.825), futuristic organizational culture (0.810), information and communication technology(0.798), agile organizational structure (0.760), and university independence(0.756) were identified according to the results of structural criteria.
