تأثیر سواد اطلاعاتی اعضای هیأت علمی بر چابکی سازمانی دانشگاهی

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر سواد اطلاعاتی اعضای هیأت علمی بر چابکی سازمانی دانشگاهی انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری اعضای هیأت علمی گروههای مدیریت و مدیریت آموزشی واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران به تعداد 173 نفر بودند. نمونه آماری به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران 118 نفر تعیین شد. جهت جمعآوری اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه تعیین سواد اطلاعاتی بر اساس طرح انجمن کتابخانههای دانشگاهی و پژوهشی آمریکا و با ابعاد مهارتهای فنآوری اطلاعات و مهارتهای کتابخانهای؛ و پرسشنامه چابکی سازمانی دانشگاهی که توسط خاوری تدوین شده بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها طرح مطالعات همبستگی و بر اساس مدل روابط ساختاری بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS انجام شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که سطح چابکی سازمانی واحدهای دانشگاهی و سواد اطلاعاتی اعضای هیأت علمی از متوسط بالاتر است. همچنین، سواد اطلاعاتی اعضای هیأت علمی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر چابکی سازمانی دانشگاهی دارد.
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of faculty members' information literacy on universities academic agility. Research method is descriptive, correlational. Statistical population was faculty members of management and educational management departments of Islamic Azad university branches of Mazandaran province (173 people). The statistical sample was selected as simple random sampling and sample size was determined 118 according to the Cochran formula. Two questionnaires were used to collect data. Information literacy questionnaire based on the design of the Association of College and Research Libraries and the Dimensions of information technology and library skills and the questionnaire of Institutional organizational agility which developed by Khavari. The data analysis method was a correlational study design based on Structural relations model. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The research findings showed that the level of organizational agility of university branches and faculty members' information literacy are higher than average. Also faculty members' information literacy has positive and significant effect on university organizational agility.
