چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: در جهان رقابتی امروز کیفیت محصولات تولیدی به عنوان یک مزیت رقابتی در دستیابی به عملکرد و سودآوری بهتر شناخته میشود. از سوی دیگر نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمانها در جهان امروز و لزوم استفاده از آن بر کسی پوشیده نیست. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی مؤلفههای عملکرد سبز، مسئولیت اجتماعی و مدیریت کیفیت جامع و سپس نحوه اثرگذاری این مؤلفهها بر یکدیگر است.
روش بررسی: به منظور انجام این پژوهش در ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش، مؤلفههای اثرگذار بر هر بخش شناسایی گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، ارتباط میان مؤلفهها با استفاده از نظرات 35 تن از خبرگان صنعتی و دانشگاهی متخصص در حوزه فولاد شکل گرفت. سپس با طراحی پرسشنامه حاوی 50 سؤال، مدل ساختاری شکلگرفته به منظور برازش در نرمافزار SmartPLS3 قرار گرفت. پاسخدهندگان پرسشنامه را در این بخش تعداد 279 تن از کارکنان، مدیران و خبرگان صنعت فولاد کشور شکل دادهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از قرارگیری 12 مؤلفه شناسایی شده در این پژوهش در 7 سطح کلی دارد. همچنین بر اساس مدل ساختاریافته پژوهش، مؤلفه رهبری در سطح آغازین مدل قرار یافته و مؤلفه مسئولیت اجتماعی نسبت به جامعه به عنوان خروجی مدل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش به منظور بهبود در مدیریت کیفیت جامع، مدیریت سازمانها از طریق هماهنگی بهتر با کارکنان و در میان گذاشتن برنامههای استراتژیک با کارکنان موجبات بهبود فعالیت در مدیریت کیفیت جامع را فراهم میآورند که این موضوع به حرکت هرچه بهتر مدل میانجامد.
Background and Objective: In today's competitive world, the quality of manufactured products is recognized as a competitive advantage in achieving better performance and profitability. On the other hand, the role of corporate social responsibility in today's world and the need to use it is not hidden from anyone. The purpose of this study is to investigate the components of green performance, social responsibility and total quality management and then how these components affect each other.
Material and Methodology: in this study, first, by studying the research background, the components affecting each section were identified. Then, using interpretive structural modeling technique, the relationship between the components was formed using the opinions of 35 industrial and academic experts. Then, by designing a questionnaire containing 50 questions, the formed structural model was fitted through SmartPLS3 software. Respondents of the questionnaire in this section are 279 employees, managers and experts of the country's steel industry.
Findings: The results of the study indicate the placement of 12 components identified in this study at 7 general levels. Also, based on the structured model of the research, the leadership component is at the initial level of the model and the component of social responsibility towards society as the output of the model is examined.
Discussion and Conclusion: According to the research findings, in order to improve the overall quality management, the management of organizations through better coordination with employees and sharing strategic plans with employees to improve activities in total quality management, which is a model to move better.
