تأثیر تعهد زیستمحیطی بر نوآوری سبز و عملکرد پایدار با نقش تعدیل کنندگی آموزش زیست محیطی کارکنان در شرکتهای پتروشیمی ماهشهر

چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تعهد زیستمحیطی بر نوآوری سبز و عملکرد پایدار با نقش تعدیل کنندگی آموزش زیست محیطی کارکنان در شرکتهای پتروشیمی ماهشهر می باشد. پژوهش حاضر، از حیث هدف، کاربردی است و از لحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. در این پژوهش برای سنجش متغیر تعهد زیست محیطی از پرسشنامه لیو و همکاران(2014) ، برای سنجش متغیر نوآوری سبز از پرسشنامه چانگ (2012) ، برای سنجش عملکرد پایدار ازپرسشنامه محمد وهمکاران(2013) و برای سنجش آموزش زیست محیطی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 300 نفر از مدیران شرکتهای پتروشیمی مستقر در منطقه ویژه اقتصادی ماهشهر میباشد که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 169 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و باروش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده پرسشنامه بین آنها توزیع گردید. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها و آزمون فرضیهها از نرمافزار SPSS و PLS استفاده گردیده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که تعهد زیستمحیطی بر نوآوری سبز تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد ولی تأثیر آن بر عملکرد پایدار بهصورت مستقیم معنادار نیست اما بهطور غیرمستقیم تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد پایدار دارد. همچنین نوآوری سبز بر عملکرد پایدار تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین آموزش زیست محیطی نقش تعدیل کننده در در این تحقیق ایفا نمی کند.
Context: The present study aim to investigate the effects of environmental commitment to green innovation and sustainable performance with the moderating role of environmental Training in Mahshahr petrochemical companies. Method: This study, in terms of the purpose is application and terms of data collection is descriptive-survey. in this study to evaluate the environmental commitment of questionnaire of Liu et al. (2014), to measure green innovation of questionnaire of Chang (2012), for measuring sustainable performance of questionnaire of Mohamad et al. (2013) and to measure environmental training a questionnaire was made by researcher . The population consisted of 300 of managers Petrochemical Companies of Mahshahr. According to Morgan table were selected 169 manager as samples and questionnaires were distributed among them by simple random sampling method. In order to data analysis and hypothesis testing used structural equation modelling, PLS, and SPSS. Findings: After analyzing the data, the results revealed that environmental commitment has a positive significant impact on green innovation, but it’s on sustainable performance not significant. Also green innovation a positive significant impact on sustainable performance. Also Environmental training is not moderating role in research.
