چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر برونگرایی و روانرنجوری بر نگرش ریسک، درک ریسک و انتظارات بازده سرمایهگذاران با توجه به نقش تعدیلی سواد مالی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بوده است. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده و ماهیت تحقیق توصیفی، از نگاه نوع رویکرد، قیاسی از دید محیط انجام تحقیق از نوع میدانی است. همچنین پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش انجام و مطالعه، پیمایشی از منظر واحد تجزیه و تحلیل پژوهش، افراد و افق زمانی انجام پژوهش مقطعی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر سرمایهگذاران سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. نمونهگیری به کمک روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انجام شد و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد۳۸۴ نفر تعیین گردید. در رابطه با جمعآوری اطلاعات در این روش، میتوان گفت که برای مطالعه سوابق و پیشینه تحقیق و همچنین مبانی و چهارچوب نظری از روش کتابخانهای مشتمل برتحقیقات انجام پذیرفته لاتین و فارسی، مقالات و کتب و جستجو در سایتهای علمی و تحقیقی داخلی و خارجی استفاده شده است. و جهت گردآوری و جمعبندی اطلاعات و دادهها و بررسی و واکاوی نتایج حاصله، از شیوه میدانی (پرسشنامه) بهره گرفته شد. فرضیههای تحقیق با ملاحظه پاسخهای سوالات و نتایج آنها از طریق آمار استنباطی و توصیفی و بکارگیری آزمونهای مناسب بررسی شد. برونگرایی و روانرنجوری بر درک ریسک، نگرش ریسک و انتظارات بازده سرمایهگذاران بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تاثیر معنیداری دارد. همچنین سواد مالی بر تاثیر برونگرایی، درونگرایی بر درک و نگرش ریسک و انتظارات بازده سرمایهگذاران بورس اوراق بهادار تهران نقش تعدیلگر دارد.
The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of extroversion and neuroticism on risk attitude, risk perception and investors' return expectations with regard to the moderating role of financial literacy in the Tehran Stock Exchange. This research is descriptive in terms of purpose, applied in terms of the nature of the research, descriptive in terms of the approach, comparative in terms of the field research environment. Also, the current research is cross-sectional in terms of the research method, in terms of the study, in terms of the unit of analysis, people, and in terms of the time horizon of the research. The statistical population of the present study is the investors of the Tehran Stock Exchange Organization. Sampling was done using random sampling method and the sample size was determined to 384 people using Cochran's formula. In order to measure the personality traits of extroversion and neuroticism from the Big Five Scale-10 (BFI-10) indicators of Mirbozuri et al. And in order to measure financial literacy, the financial literacy model of Stella et al. (2020) was used. The research hypotheses were examined based on the results obtained from examining the questions using descriptive and inferential statistics and using appropriate tests. The results showed that extroversion and neuroticism have a significant effect on risk perception, risk attitude and return expectations of investors in Tehran Stock Exchange. .
