  In this paper, models of data envelopment analysis (DEA) were investigated with the aim of measuring the efficiency of production chains in Iran's poultry industry. DEA tool can determine the efficiency frontier and the reference production chain to improve the performance of the poultry industry. Statistical data were collected for 28 active production chains and 8 variables including: Material cost, human resource cost, equipment and facilities cost, transport cost, number of poultry, poultry price, profit, and cost of slaughter. Then, the relative efficiency of each chain was measured using traditional and network DEA. Finally, cross efficiency method was used to rank efficient chains. Traditional DEA results showed 25% of production chains to be efficient. Meanwhile, this percentage was equal to 10.7% in the proposed model of the paper (two-stage DEA). Therefore, the scientific accuracy of the reference production chain will be higher in the network model. The rest of the results and their details were presented and discussed. The results of this paper can be useful in the decision-making and policies of poultry industry managers and also improve the performance of production chains in this industry. پرونده مقاله

  تحلیل و پیش‌بینی کارایی در صنایع، به منظورارزیابی عملکرد واحدها و برنامه‌ریزی برای بهبود عملکرد آن ها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. صنعت طیور به عنوان یکی از صنایع استراتژیک و پیچیده سهم مهمی از سبد زنجیره غذایی جوامع را به خود اختصاص داده است و از این روی تحلیل شبکه تامین آن بسیار با اهمیت است.در این پژوهش با استفاده از مدل تحلیل پوششی داده‌های شبکه ای و داده کاوی، شکاف‌های تحقیق در زمینه اندازه‌گیری و پیش بینی کارایی زنجیره تامین سبز در صنعت طیور پوشش داده شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت اجرا توصیفی و پیمایشی می باشد که با توسعه مدل های ریاضی در حوزه تحلیل پوششی داده ها انجام می شود.ابتدا با استفاده از رویکرد دلفی، شاخص های موثر بر اساس نظر خبرگان شناسایی و غربالگری شده اند، و سپس مدل ریاضی جدید بر اساس تحلیل پوششی داده های شبکه ای ارائه گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از روش الفا کات بر روی روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها ی فازی، در پنج سال کارایی 9 زنجیره ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل ارائه شده قادر است کارایی زنجیره تامین سبز و چند سطحی صنعت طیور را در سال های متوالی مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد. پرونده مقاله

  The poultry industry is one of the most important economic resources, having one of the most voluminous parts of human resources.Its scope and the growing consumption of related products have raised the need for innovation in it.This study aimed to provide a poultry industry regional innovation system model, with a pilot study on three provinces of Guilan, Mazandaran,and Golestan in Iran.This was a pluralistic, applied, descriptive survey with quantitative - qualitative data.The statistical population included Iranian experts in the poultry industry.In addition to using library resources, questionnaires and interviews were also used to collect data.The snowball sampling was used to select experts.Five experts were selected for interviews and 32 received questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Modeler software, as well as the multi-layer perceptron artificial neural network. This study employed the Functional-Structural Analysis approach to provide apoultry industry regional innovation system model. Overall, 15 actors, 29 institutions and six functions were identified. Data analysis confirmed the model. The findings showed that the most important indices of structural elements were Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) among regional innovation system actors, and implementing policies to attract domestic technology and international capital among regional innovation system institutions.In addition, the results showed that all the functions of the innovation system were of great importance, among which only the innovation and entrepreneurship indices had a relatively lower performance, which requires policymakers to take measures to improve them. پرونده مقاله
