شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت شکاف بین نسلی در ورزش همگانی کشور

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و سطح بندی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت شکاف بین نسلی در ورزش همگانی کشور با رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری بود. این پژوهش از از نظر ماهیت و هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش تحلیل از نوع توصیفی و اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید علوم ورزشی و مدیریت ورزشی، متخصصین حوزه ورزش همگانی، خبرگان حوزه جامعه شناسی و جامعه شناسی ورزش و مدیران ورزشی سازمان های متولی امر ورزش مانند شهرداری ها، فدراسیون ورزش های همگانی و تفریحی و فدراسیون ورزش دانشجویی بود. روش تحلیل داده ها در قسمت کیفی، تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی، مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری بود. یافته¬های تحلیل مضمون نشان داد که در مجموع 51 کد باز به عنوان عوامل موثر بر مدیریت شکاف بین نسلی در ورزش همگانی کشور وجود دارد که در 4 مضمون اصلی و 9 مضمون فرعی جای می¬گیرد؛ همچنین با توجه به نتایج مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری مشخص شد که ابعاد در 5 سطح قرار دارند. در سطح اول عوامل ورزشی و فردی، در سطح دوم آموزشی، در سطح سوم فرهنگی و اجتماعی، سطح چهارم سه شاخص برنامه ریزی، اقتصادی و مالی و تبلیغات و رسانه و در آخرین سطح و مهمترین سطح از نظر نفوذ شاخص سیاست گذاری برای هم افزایی نسلی قرار داشت. در یک نتیجه گیری کلی باید ذکر کرد مدیریت شکاف بین نسلی به عنوان یک مساله مهم می تواند نقش مهم و تعیین کننده ای در جهت ایجاد همدلی در سیستم های اجتماعی داشته باشد.
The aim of the current research was to identify and stratify the factors affecting the management of the generation gap in the public sports of the country with an interpretative structural approach. This research was applied in terms of nature and purpose, and descriptive and exploratory in terms of analysis method. The statistical population included professors of sports science and sports management, experts in the field of public sports, experts in the field of sociology and sociology of sports, and sports managers of organizations in charge of sports such as municipalities, the Federation of Public and Recreational Sports, and the Federation of Student Sports. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part was thematic analysis and in the quantitative part, interpretive structural modeling. The findings of the theme analysis showed that there are a total of 51 open codes as factors affecting the management of the generation gap in public sports in the country, which are placed in 4 main themes and 9 sub-themes; also, according to the results of interpretive structural modeling, it was found that the dimensions are in 5 levels. In the first level of sports and individual factors, in the second level of education, in the third level of cultural and social factors, in the fourth level there were three indicators of planning, economic and financial and advertising and media, and in the last level and the most important level in terms of the influence of policy index for generational synergy.
