اثربخشی آموزش شیوههای فرزندپروری بر اساس روش لین کلارک بر کاهش تعارضات والد-فرزند و اضطراب دختران

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تاثیر آموزش مهارت های فرزندپروری بر اساس روش لین کلارک بر کاهش تعارضات والد-فرزندی و اضطراب دختران متوسطه دوم بود. روش این پژوهش از نوع نیمه- آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ دانش آموزان دختر متوسطۀ دوم شهرستان قروه در سال تحصیلی97-96 بودند که مطابق با اعلام اداره آموزش و و پرورش شهرستان قروه 1225 نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای 50 دانش آموز به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 25 نفره آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. به طوری که ابتدا یک پیش آزمون تعارض والد-فرزندی و اضطراب از هر دو گروه به عمل آمد. سپس والدین گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه آموزش مهارت های فرزندپروری بر اساس روش لین کلارک دریافت کردند. بعد از آموزش مهارت های فرزندپروری دوباره یک پس آزمون از گروه های آزمایش و کنترل به عمل آمد. داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه های اضطراب سنج کتل و تعارض والد-فرزندی اشتراس گردآوری شد و با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندراهه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد آموزش مهارت های فرزندپروری بر اساس رویکرد لین کلارک بر کاهش تعارض والد-فرزندی و اضطراب دختران متوسطه دوم تاثیرگذار بود. پس می توان از آموزش مهارت های فرزندپروری به والدین به عنوان شیوه ای برای بهبود روابط آنان با فرزندان و بهبود روش های تربیتی استفاده کرد.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parenting skills training girls based on the method of Lynn Clark's method in the reduction of parent-child conflict and anxiety in middle school. The method of this research was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all female students in the city of Ghorveh during the academic year of 1997-1996 (1225), which 50 students were randomly selected using cluster random sampling in two groups of 25 test and control groups. At first, a parent-child conflict and anxiety pre-test was performed from both groups. Then, the parents of the experimental group received 8 parenting education sessions based on Lynn Clark's method. After teaching parenting skills, a post-test was performed from the experimental and control groups. The data were collected through the cattle anxiety inventory questionnaire and parent-child conflict questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multi-path covariance analysis. The findings showed that parenting education skills influenced by Lynn Clark's approach to reducing parent-child conflict and anxiety in middle school girls. So we can used teach parenting skills to parents as a way to improve their relationships with their children and improve educational.
