اثر شخصیت پویا، تواناییهای شناختی و ثبات هیجانی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی در مدیران زن سازمانهای دولتی شهر اهواز

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر شخصیت پویا، توانایی های شناختی و ثبات هیجانی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی از طریق نقش میانجی گر خودکارآمدی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری می باشد و جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران زن سازمان های دولتی شهر اهواز بودند که به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس به تعداد 120 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه موفقیت کارراهه (Gattiker & Larwood, 1986)، پرسشنامه شخصیت پویا (Seibert et. al, 1999)، پرسشنامه تواناییهای شناختی (Nejati, 2013)، پرسشنامه ثبات هیجانی برگرفته از مقیاس پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت (Caprara et. al, 1993) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی عمومی (Sherer, 1982) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد شخصیت پویا و خودکارآمدی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی و شخصیت پویا، توانایی های شناختی و ثبات هیجانی بر خودکارآمدی دارای اثر مستقیم معنی دار (001/0>p) است. همچنین اثر غیر مستقیم شخصیت پویا، توانایی های شناختی و ثبات هیجانی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی با نقش میانجی گر خودکارآمدی نیز معنی دار (001/0>p) بود. بر این اساس می توان نتیجه گیری نمود که شخصیت پویا، هم بصورت مستقیم و هم از طریق خودکارآمدی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی تاثیرگذار است. علاوه بر این توانایی های شناختی و ثبات هیجانی با میانجی گری خودکارآمدی، موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی را بهبود میبخشد.
The purpose of this study was investigating the effect of proactive personality, cognitive abilities and emotional stability on subjective career success through mediating role of self-efficacy. The research method is correlation of structural equation modeling and statistical population was the female managers of governmental organizations in ahvaz that 120 managers were studied by available sampling method. Research tools include careers success questionnaire (Gattiker & Larwood, 1986), proactive personality scale (Seibert et al., 1999), cognitive abilities questionnaire (nejati, 1392), emotional stability taken from Big Five Questionnaire (Caprara et al., 1993) and self-efficacy scale (Sherer et al., 1982). Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling method. The findings showed that direct effect of proactive personality and self-efficacy on subjective career success and direct effect of proactive personality, cognitive abilities and emotional stability on self-efficacy were significant (p< 0/001). Also the indirect effect of proactive personality, cognitive abilities and emotional stability on subjective career success was significant with the mediating role of self-efficacy (p< 0/001). Based on this, it can be concluded that proactive personality, both directly and through self-efficacy, affects the subjective career success. In addition, cognitive abilities and emotional stability through mediating self-efficacy improve subjective career success.
