چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: افزایش فعالیتهای صنعتی در عصر حاضر باعث ایجاد مشکلات بحرانی از قبیل: کاهش تنوع زیستی، گرمایش جهانی و کاهش لایه اوزون بر سر راه محیط زیست شده است. توسعه صنعتی بدون حفظ محیط زیست، توسعهای ناپایدار خواهد بود. در چند دهه اخیر مسئلهی حفاظت از محیط زیست، تبدیل به یکی از ارکان اصلی در تصمیم گیریهای سیاسی شده است. برای کاهش این آثار زیانبار صنایع و شرکتها نیازمند استفاده از سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی(EMS) برای پاسخ به مشکلات میباشند. سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی شیوهای برای همراستا کردن اهداف شرکتها با اهداف و خط مشیهای زیست محیطی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی با رویکرد مدل تعالی سازمانی EFQM در صنایع مس ایران انجام گرفته است.روش بررسی: روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها چک لیست بوده است. جامعه آماری متشکل از مدیران، کارشناسان و صاحب نظران واحد ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست مجتمع مس سرچشمه میباشند و این تحقیق در بین سال های 1399-1400 انجام شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای تحقیق از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و Lisrel استفاده شده است.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که رابطهی معنی دار و مستقیمی بین تمامی متغیرهای EMS و EFQM وجود دارد. همچنین ضرایب همبستگی نشان می دهد که اجرای الگوی مدیریت زیست محیطی تاثیر زیادی بر عملکرد صنایع مس خواهد داشت و در بین متغیرهای تحقیق، متغیر راهبردها و خط مشی (۴۲/۱۰) با ضریب همبستگی ۸۱/۰ بیشترین میزان رابطهی معنی داری را داشته است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، مدل مفهومی پژوهش حاضر در زمینه اجرای سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی، مدل موثر و قابل قبولی برای صنایع مس ایران است. علاوه بر این، مدل تاثیر هر یک از متغیرهای EMS بر روی متغیرهای EFQM را مورد بررسی قرار داده و به آن اعتبار می بخشد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and Objective: Industrial activities in modern era cause several critical environmental issues, such as biodiversity loss, global warming, and ozone layer depletion. Sustainable industrial development requires protection of the environment. In several important decades of political history, environmental protection has become an important factor in the decision-making process Industries and companies can reduce these harmful impacts by implementing an environmental management system (EMS). Through this system, environmental goals can be aligned with companies’ policy. The present study aimed to establish a model for an environmental management system using the EFQM organizational excellence model in the Iranian copper industry.Material and Methodology: this was a descriptive study and survey using a checklist for data collection. The statistical population consisted of managers, experts and professionals from the Safety, Health and Environment Department of Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex. SPSS and LISREL software were used to analyze the research data.Findings: The results showed a significant and direct relationship between all EMS and EFQM variables. In addition, the correlation coefficients revealed that the implementation of environmental management models had a significant impact on the performance of the copper industry. Furthermore, the strategies and policies variable (10.42) had the strongest relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.81.Discussion and Conclusion: According to the our results, the conceptual model for implementing environmental management systems in Iranian copper industry was effective and acceptable. Moreover, the model investigated and validated the effects of each of the EMS variables on the EFQM variables.
