چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش، رتبهبندی مؤلفههای طراحی ابزارهای آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد شبکه اجتماعی در مدارس براساس فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی است، تا بتوان از ابزارهای شبکه اجتماعی به عنوان یک ابزار آموزشی در فرآیند آموزش در سیستم مدارس مجازی در جهت افزایش بهرهوری استفاده نمود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. نمونه مورد مطالعه 59 نفر از خبرگان و مخاطبین (دانشآموزان، دبیران و مدیران) زن و مرد از 6 مدرسه در سطح شهرستان رودبار با دامنه سنی 18 تا 45 سال میباشد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامهای بود که براساس فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP)در سال 1392 اجرا شد. تجزیه و تحلیل سیستم توسط نرمافزار Expert Choice صورت پذیرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که از میان شش معیار مدیریت عملکرد، ارزیابی کارآیی عملکرد، امنیت، مدیریت تعاملات، دادهها و فرآیندها؛ معیارهای مدیریت عملکرد و ارزیابی کارآیی عملکرد، به عنوان دو رکن اصلی فرآیند یادگیری- یاددهی نسبت به سایر معیارها از بالاترین درجه اهمیت برخوردار بودند. در کنار این دو معیار، معیار امنیت دادههای کاربران در یک سطح اهمیت قرار گرفته و نشاندهنده آن است که برقراری امنیت باید همراستا با فرآیند آموزش الکترونیکی در مدارس مجازی ایجاد گردد. در سطوح دیگر معیارهای مدیریت دادهها، تعاملات و فرآیندها قرار گرفت؛ معیار مدیریت فرآیندها با کمترین درجه اهمیت در طراحی ابزارهای آموزشی مبتنی بر شبکه اجتماعی تعیین شد، زیرا بسیاری از شاخصهای آن در سیستم کنونی آموزش و پرورش وجود دارد و در تمامی مدارس سطح کشور در حال استفاده میباشد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of this research was ranking the components of educational tools based on social network in schools using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in order to be able to use social network tools to increase productivity in the process of education at virtual schools. The research method was descriptive survey. The sample included 59 male and female experts and the audience (students, teachers and principals) with the age range of 18 to 45 at Roodbar City schools. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire performed based on AHP in 2013. Analysis was done by Expert Choice software. The results showed that among the six original criteria including performance management, performance effectiveness evaluation, security, interactions management, data and processes, both "management performance" and "performance effectiveness evaluation" were assigned as the highest priority for learning-teaching process. Also privacy and security were both equally important, which indicated that maintaining security should be the top priority in e-learning process in virtual schools. Other important measures included data management, interaction and process. The least priority was process management because many of its indexes are included in the present educational system and are being used in all schools of the country.
