In this case, we can achieve maximum use of third places to improve urban spaces according to key variables. This research, which aims to improve the quality of urban hangouts to increase the quality of urban space on urban perception, originated from a basic ques‌tion which is to identify and prioritize the factors effective in improving the quality of the third place in urban perception, in this research artificial intelligence information by setting up a ques‌tionnaire The detailed influencing variables of the third rank of environmental perception have been collected. Throughout the 20th century humankind have sought to create a better quality of life for residents living in poor urban spaces. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the inefficient rural fabric of Sisabad with an emphasis on urban resilience and the information collected from field observations, library documents, interviews have been analyzed using GIS software, also to analyze the results of the evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats have been done using the QSPM method. In conducting this research, interviews with experts in this field were scored using the Delphi method, and the analysis was done using the QSPM method. variables of the urban resilience components and the ineffectiveness of worn-out tissues together in all dimensions of resilience, especially in the physical and environmental fields, such as the incompatibility of uses, access, and the level of quality and permeability of the fabric of the Sisabad neighborhood all are reviewed in this section. In the end, it has been adopted to create strategies to improve urban resilience in Sisabad village such as land use location with the aim of organizing incompatible lands using vast brownfields. In this regard, the Sajjad neighborhood of Mashhad city has been taken as a case study. This research collected information using the field and library method and by setting up a questionnaire with a sample size of 380 people randomly looking for the required information from the indicators in the youth age group and using the descriptive-analytical research method to analyze the collected data using SPSS and PLS. has been discussed, it should be mentioned that Bartlett and KMO tests were used in this research to check the reliability and validity.
