    The present study, aimed to investigate the factors affecting the promotion of small rural food industry marketing in Tehran, is done by the questionnaire as its main tool. The questionnaires are completed through interviews with 160 managers from 133 companies in Tehran. We have used SPSS software to analysis Sampling data. The results showed that the variables of marketing have most important role in promotion of livestock products marketing. Thus, by observing coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the variables in marketing agents explain about 48% of the variability belonged to promotion of livestock products marketing. پرونده مقاله

    Marketing as success factor is at ever-growing center of attention by governmental and private organizations and nowadays, marketing is turned into a complicated philosophy for establishing dynamic relations of organizations with desired markets. The livestock section is regarded as most important section in economy of Iran and marketing livestock products in comparison to other products has higher level of complexity and problems and one of the necessary requirements of directors and organizations, is to undersigning and developing marketing plans for products and services. In this research in order to obtain designed goals, it is benefit from statistical society consisting of 184 managers and 56 experts among conversion industry of ministry of agriculture and shows that from viewpoint of directors, level of influence of social factors on improving marketing of livestock product is at medium to high level and from viewpoint of experts, the influence of social factors is at high level. پرونده مقاله

    Organizational intelligence is regarded as an important and necessary strategy for maintaining the competitive advantage of developed organizations and industries also as a necessity for obtaining more productivity in small and medium-size enterprises. In order to improve organization management, it is necessary for attention to organizational intelligence. On this basis, the present research examines the influence of organizational intelligence on managerial styles of managers of the green space organization of Tehran, and 102 managers of the green space organization of Tehran were selected by simple random method. The present research from viewpoint of data collection is regarded as non-empirical (descriptive) research and research data were collected by a survey that is the mixture of 2 scales by using a questionnaire designed by the researcher in relation to managerial styles and an organizational intelligence questionnaire by Karl Albrecht. Results of research data analysis show that by benefiting from techniques of descriptive statistics and structural equation model, the organizational intelligence of managers was at a relatively suitable level and their managerial styles were at an acceptable level; moreover, organizational intelligence with a path coefficient of 0.85 is regarded as a suitable variable for anticipating styles of organizational management and describes 73% changes of variance of variable and finally, some recommendations based on research findings were offered. پرونده مقاله

    Generally, sustainable development is regarded as a strategy for improving social and economic life of rural people. Increasing poverty and class discrimination in addition to ever-growing destruction of natural resources and cultural challenges is among fundamental problems at national and local level and is center of attention of policy makers in the field of development. This research is performed by descriptive-survey method with the purpose of studying effect of different fertilizers on sustainable rural development of Islamshahr city by using AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Results of research show that the Environmental, Managerial, Economic, Social and Institutional criterions with value of 0.353, 0.293, 0.175, 0.1, 0.081 are at first to fifth priority. In the sub-criterion section the Soil Protection, Correct Management of Opportunities and Limitations of Agriculture for Sustainable Agriculture, Correct Application of Chemical Fertilizers for Sustainable Agriculture, criterions with value of 0.184, 0.154 and 0.139 are at first to third level. پرونده مقاله

    The purpose of this research is studying social-economic factors on marketing fruit packaging s from viewpoint of experts Tehran municipality fruit and vegetable market organization. The present research from viewpoint of type of research is classified as applied research and its methodology is descriptive- correlation. Statistical society of this research consist of 150 experts Tehran municipality fruit and vegetable market organization; in which, 108 persons were selected as volume sample with simple random sampling method.     This study mainly aimed to identify the factors influencing the development of entrepreneurial skills and innovation in rural cooperatives of Alborz Province, Iran. This purposefully practical research is a descriptive-correlational study considering the fact achieving and data processing. The research measurement tool was a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study consisted of 22,207 members of cooperatives in Alborz Province, with 283 people selected as the sample calculated by Cochran's formula. The simple random sampling method was performed in this study with a proportional allocation. The validity of the research questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha coefficient for its different parts was calculated to be >0.84, indicating its proper validity. According to the results of multiple regression, four variables, i.e., economic factors, psychological factors, managerial factors, and socio-cultural factors respectively included in the multivariate regression equation, together resulted in approximately 40.7% of the dependent variable modifications in the development of entrepreneurial skills in agricultural cooperatives. The results also revealed that these variables affect the development of entrepreneurial skills and innovation in agricultural cooperatives positively. In addition, the results of path analysis suggested that economic factors had the highest impact on the development of entrepreneurial skills and innovation in rural cooperatives of Alborz Province (F = 0.579), indicating the importance of economic factors; while technical factors showed the least impact on the development of entrepreneurial skills and innovation of rural cooperatives in Alborz Province (F = 0.051). پرونده مقاله

    This study intends to draw a structural model of job satisfaction from the perspective of Herzberg’s hygiene-motivation theory. The study was conducted on 528 staff of Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO), Iran. The sample size was determined by the Cochran method (n=222) and the data collection tool was a questionnaire which was a combination of Minnesota questionnaire and researcher-made. Panel of experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.89) indicated the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential analyses were performed using SPSS software. According to the results of the correlation, the effect of individual characteristics on staff job satisfaction showed that 10% of the variance (variance) of staff job satisfaction was explained by them. Average satisfaction with hygiene factors and average satisfaction with motivational factors of AREEO staff were lower than average the job satisfaction rate. Amos software tested the theoretical model of research that showed that job satisfaction has both motivational and hygiene factors in the target population. The unique result of this paper was extracted the fitting model that indices were used to check the fit of the model (RMSEA=0.137; GFI=0.808; CMIN; 145.297), and the fitting values obtained for the research model as a whole confirm the suitability of the model. پرونده مقاله

    "Shahid Rajaei is a highly promising agro-industrial company for agricultural production in the Khuzestan region. The goal of this study is to investigate the challenges and factors hindering foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industry. To understand these challenges (including technical, economic, infrastructure, socio-cultural challenges, and policy-making as dependent variables), an Exploratory Factor Analysis was conducted. Additionally, their impacts on the level of foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industry (as the dependent variable) were tested through regression analysis. Based on the results, three independent variables - policy factor, technical factor, and infrastructure factor - have the most significant impact on the level of foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industry, explaining 53.5 percent of the variation in foreign investment level. These findings highlight the critical role of these factors in influencing the level of foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industrial sector." پرونده مقاله
