    Recently, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has emerged as a new technology in the construction industry, which is gradually gaining popularity among stakeholders. Despite the importance of BIM, the literature review shows a gap in the evaluation of BIM applications in Iran. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to evaluate the applications of BIM in construction projects. Since the evaluation of the most appropriate option is a multi-criteria decision-making problem. Therefore, decision makers use preferences that are uncertain in evaluating options. Rough's theory, which is efficient in such conditions, is used. First, by using the concept of Rough's theory to transform the preferences of experts and the combined method of Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) and VIKOR, is used for evaluation. The results show that the proposed decision method is effective improved objectivity in BIM application evaluation under subjective condition. پرونده مقاله

    Human resource productivity is one of the main concerns in organizations. In total,100 factors According to on three main sources: 1- Opinions of experts and academic professors, 2- Using project technical documents, 3- Previous similar research studies and related scientific sources, were identified and categorized into four groups: plan human resource management, acquire project team, develop project team, and manage project team. Questionnaires were distributed among 103 members of the target population who were active construction contractors in Iran. The questionnaires were analyzed using two methods: Relative Importance Index (RII) and the Fuzzy Logic (FL). Ten factors that had the highest impact, based on the two methods, on HRP efficiency in the projects were identified and compared. The results of fuzzy logic and RII method showed that both methods were highly similar in terms of outcomes. In addition, the results indicated that “lack of proper communication between the technical office and workshop” was the most important factor based on the two techniques mentioned. پرونده مقاله

    نظر به اینکه مدیریت بهینه مخازن و سرریزها در زمان وقوع سیلاب به عنوان یک روش غیرسازه ای برای حفظ منابع آب، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار می باشد، به همین منظور در این تحقیق ابتدا یک فرمان ‌بهره‌برداری چند مرحله‌ای برای ‌بهره‌برداری از دریچه‌های سرریز در سدها تحت دو رویکرد مختلف شبیه‌سازی شده اند. از ویژگی‌های مثبت مدل‌ها عدم نیاز به پیش‌بینی کامل هیدروگراف سیل است. این ویژگی دامنه کاربری مدل‌های پیشنهادی را بسیار وسیع و عملیاتی می‌کند. سپس بهینه‌‌سازی ترازهای بحرانی و میزان بازشدگی دریچه‌ها تحت هر دو رویکرد با استفاده از الگوریتم‌ ژنتیک انجام شده است. جهت صحت عملکرد مدل‌های بهینه پیشنهادی و مقایسه آنها با یکدیگر، مطالعه موردی سد مخزنی کرخه در دنیای واقعی به کار گرفته شد. نتایج حاصله نشان داد نه تنها هر دو مدل جواب های بهتری نسبت به مدل‌های بهره برداری پیشین ارائه می دهند؛ بلکه در رویکرد دوم، پیک سیلاب خروجی دارای درجه فروکش بیشتری نسبت به رویکرد اول می باشد و علاوه بر این، امکان ذخیره بیشتری از حجم سیلاب ورودی به مخزن و کاهش بیشتر خسارات سیلاب در پایین دست سد توسط هر دو رویکرد فراهم می شود. پرونده مقاله

    Various theories have been proposed about the tilted, zig-zag patterned Platanus orientalis L. trees in the center of Tehran. The increasing number of these trees has led to this study to determine the soil characteristics and distance parameters associated with this species. This research employs recent data from Tehran&rsquo;s District 11 Municipality. The District 11 Municipal Green Space Center is located in Razi Park, where the soil parameters were measured. We measured 170 tilted trees and examined more than 40 traffic signs in District 11 Municipality of Tehran. This study modeled one tree with various conditions of saturated soil using 2D Plaxis software to understand the influence of different factors on tilted Platanus orientalis L. and explain the mechanistic relationships that create the zig-zag growth pattern. In this research we realized in a creative way that the soil moisture and the distance of trees from each other are two effective reasons that trees and traffic signs tilt and sunlight and wind are not important in this pattern. The main cause of tilting zig-zag patterned in Tehran urban trees is the soil layer settlement and specific distance from each other which can occur to any kinds of trees. پرونده مقاله

    In this paper, a system dynamic model (SDM) has been created to predict the construction status in Iran using sustainable development indicators (SDI). The aim is to create a model based on system dynamics that would understand the complexities of the sustainable development system, as well as predict the values of variables and indicators used in the model for years to come. Since sustainable development involves various economic, social, and environmental aspects, the model has been formulated Using ten-year available data in these areas. After that, the output results of the model have been validated with reference patterns, and then, various scenarios have been created for sensitivity analysis. Finally, based on this model, the construction status in the Next years has become predictable. According to the results of this study, there is a direct and significant relationship between the amount of Construction and other indicators of sustainable development, such as the share of women working in the non-agricultural sector and the literacy rate of men aged 15-24. پرونده مقاله

    Concrete is highly vulnerable to tensile stress, and the use of rebar is not always practical or cost-effective. Forta Ferro fibers offer an alternative solution for enhancing the tensile strength of concrete. In this study, 36 cylindrical and 36 cubic samples were tested using compressive strength, Barcelona, and double punch tests. The samples were aged for 28 days and contained 0, 1, 2, or 3 kg/m3 of Forta Ferro fibers. The results showed that adding 1 to 3 kg/m3 of Forta Ferro fibers to the concrete increased the 28-day tensile strength (BCN test) by 8.40% to 9.04% in cylindrical samples and 8.71% to 8.93% in cubic samples. Similarly, the 28-day tensile strength (DPT) increased by 6.81% to 9.42% in cylindrical specimens and 3.92% to 6.69% in cubic specimens when Forta Ferro fibers were added. The proposed Chen coefficient of 1.08 is suggested as the correction factor for the Forta Ferro fibers. پرونده مقاله
