زمینه: حسابرسی در بخش عمومی جزء اساسی فرآیند کنترل و پاسخگویی است. هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی میزان سودمندی و اثربخشی اجرای حسابرسی مستقل در نهادهای بخش عمومی است. روش‌ها:. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری فرضیه‌های پژوهش از 102 شهرداری استان فارس و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ای حاوی 44 سوال گردآوری شد. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل آماری فرضیه‌های پژوهش از آزمون‌های t یک‌نمونه‌ای و میانه استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های آزمون فرضیه‌های فرعی پژوهش حاکی از آن است که اجرای حسابرسی مستقل در شهرداری‌ها باعث شناسایی و پیشگیری موارد عدم رعایت قوانین، مقررات و بخش‌نامه‌های داخلی می‌شود. همچنین، اجرای حسابرسی مستقل، تا حدودی نسبت به کشف و اصلاح اشتباهات و تقلب-های احتمالی، اطمینان می‌دهد و تا حدودی باعث بهبود کنترل‌های‌ داخلی می‌شود، با این وجود، از اثربخشی مناسبی در این خصوص برخوردار نمی‌باشد. افزون بر این، حسابرسی صرفه اقتصادی و کارایی و همچنین حسابرسی برنامه در شهرداری‌ها به نحو اثربخش اجرا نمی‌شود. یافته‌های آزمون فرضیه‌های اصلی پژوهش نیز بیانگر آن است که حسابرسی مالی در شهرداری‌ها تقریباً به‌نحو اثربخش اجرا می‌شود، با این وجود، از اثربخشی مناسبی برخوردار نیست؛ ولی اجرای حسابرسی عملیاتی در شهرداری‌ها اثربخش نیست. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها مدیران نهادهای بخش عمومی باید با دقت نظر بیشتری به حسابرسی توجه نمایند. پرونده مقاله

The present study aimed to investigate the determinants of venture investment in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange using the Soccer League Competition Algorithm. The present study is applied in terms of aim and descriptive-correlational in terms of method and nature. The financial data of 100 companies listed on the Iran Stock Exchange for 5 years from 2014 to 2019 were selected as a sample and were analyzed using Excel, Eviews, and Matlab software. First, the determinants of venture investment in the Tehran Stock Exchange (investment volume, rate of export, company tax, disclosure index, rule of law index, diversification of the industry, diversification of the stages of the company's life cycle, type of ownership, number of sectors and subsidiary companies, company investment, company size, and company age) were identified. By using the Soccer League Competition Algorithm, a predictive model was created to determine the investment risk based on the extracted indicators. Then, the accuracy of this model in terms of predicting the riskiness of the investment was compared with the simulated annealing algorithm, the NN neural network, and the SOM neural network. پرونده مقاله
