This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the role of the social security organization (SSO) in the economic and social welfare of Iran. The present study is considered as an applied research (descriptive-survey type) in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this study in the first stage included experts and academic faculty members of the university and in the second stage all the citizens of West Azarbaijan Province, and in the first stage, 12 experts and academic faculty members of the university were selected using the purposeful snowball sampling method and in the second stage, 384 people according to Cochran's formula and cluster sampling method. The research tool was the finalized questionnaire resulting from the opinions of the Delphi group including the activities of the social security organization, economic and social welfare in the form of 35 items, which was distributed among the statistical sample after verifying its validity and reliability. According to the results, the activities of social security organization and its subgroups have a positive and significant effect on the economic welfare (P<0.05) and social welfare (P<0.05) of the citizens of West Azerbaijan province. Therefore, it can be concluded that the performance of the social security organization can play an effective role in realizing the economic and social policies of the government. پرونده مقاله

هدف مطالعه حاضر شناسایی نقش سازمان تامین اجتماعی در رفاه اجتماعی ایران می‌باشد. روش تحقیق این مطالعه به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر در مرحله اول شامل خبرگان و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه و در مرحله دوم کلیه شهروندان استان آذربایجان غربی بود که در مرحله اول تعداد 12 نفر از خبرگان و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی و در مرحله دوم تعداد 384 نفر مطابق فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. در مرحله نخست، مهمترین عوامل شکل دهنده فعالیت‌های سازمان تأمین اجتماعی و رفاه اجتماعی استخراج گردید. در مرحله دوم با استفاده از روش دلفی و مراجعه به خبرگان در طی دو دور، ضرورت هر یک از شاخص های استخراج شده بررسی گردید. بطوریکه پس از حذف 7 شاخص، شاخص های باقی مانده با ضریب کندال 652/0 مورد توافق صاحبنظران قرار گرفت. در مرحله سوم نیز اعضای گروه کانونی پس از بحث و تبادل نظر با هم، شاخص‌های مورد قضاوت اعضای پانل را به 2 بُعد و 6 مؤلفه تقسیم بندی کردند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه نهایی شده حاصل از نظرات گروه دلفی در قالب 25 گویه بود. نتایج یافته‌ها بیانگر آن بود که فعالیت‌های سازمان تأمین اجتماعی بر رفاه اجتماعی (05/0>P) شهروندان استان آذربایجان غربی تأثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارند. لذا می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که عملکرد سازمان تأمین اجتماعی می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در تحقق سیاست‌های اجتماعی دولت داشته باشد. پرونده مقاله
