ارزیابی کمی و کیفی برخی متابولیتهای اولیه و ثانویه گیاه دارویی برازمبل (Proveskia abrotanoides Karel.) در مراحل فنولوژیکی مختلف

چکیده مقاله :
بهمنظور بررسی کمی و کیفی برخی متابولیتهای اولیه و ثانویه گیاه دارویی برازمبل در مراحل فنولوژیکی مختلف اندامهای گیاه در دو مرحله رویشی و گلدهی از منطقه روستای وامنان واقع در شهرستان آزادشهر جمعآوری و خشک گردید. در این تحقیق از عصاره از کل گیاه برازمبل در دو مرحله رویشی و گلدهی جهت شناسایی و ارزیابی کیفی تاننها، ساپونینها، ترکیبات آنتوسیانینی و ترپنوئیدی، فلاوونها و فلاونوئیدها استفاده شد. همچنین میزان برخی متابولیتهای اولیه نظیر کربوهیدراتهای محلول نا محلول، پرولین و فنل کل در اندامهای ریشه، ساقه، برگ و گل مورد ارزیابی کمی قرار گرفت. آنالیز کیفی کل گیاه برازمبل نشان داد در دو مرحله رویشی و گلدهی حضور ترکیبات ساپونینی و انتوسیانینی و تاننها مثبت بود در حالی که وجود فلاونها تنها در مرحله رویشی و ترپنوئیدها، فلاونیدها تنها در مرحله گلدهی مشاهده شد. آنالیز کمی نیز بالاترین نشاسته را در مرحله رویشی در ریشه و بیشترین کربوهیدراتهای محلول و پرولین و ترکیبات فنلی را در برگ نشان داد.در مرحله گلدهی نیز میزان نشاسته کربوهیدراتهای محلول پرولین و فنل کل بیشترین مقدار را به خود اختصاص داد. بهطورکلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد در مرحله رویشی صرفنظر از نشاسته برگها حاوی بیشترین قندهای محلول، پرولین و ترکیبات فنلی و در مرحله زایشی نیز ریشه از بیشترین ترکیبات یاد شده برخوردار بودند.
To evaluate the quality and quantity of primary and secondary metabolites at different phenological stages of Brazmbl medicinal plants, plant organs at both vegetative and flowering stages of Vamanan region in Āzādshahr were collected and dried. Whole plant extracts from Proveskia abrotanoides were used in this study at both vegetative and flowering stages to identify and evaluate the quality of tannins, saponins, anthocyanins and terpenoids compounds, flavones, and flavonoids. Also some primary metabolites such as soluble and insoluble carbohydrates, proline and total phenol in roots, stems, leaves, and flowers of plant were evaluated quantitatively. Qualitative analysis showed that saponins, anthocyanin, and tannin compounds were present at both vegetative and flowering stages of Proveskia abrotanoides. Also, quantitative analysis showed the maximum amount of starch in the root and the highest concentration of soluble carbohydrates, proline, and phenolic compounds in the leaves at vegetative stage. Overall, the results showed that at the vegetative stage regardless of starch, leaves had the highest soluble carbohydrates, proline, and phenolic compounds while at the reproductive stage root contained the highest level of these compounds.
