چکیده مقاله :
چابکی یکی از مفاهیم اساسی و کارکردی در سازمان ها و صنایعی است که در قرن حاضر فعالیت می کنند؛ سازمان هایی که در محیطی بسیار فعال و پویا در حال انجام فعالیت اند و دارای کارکردهای اجتماعی هستند که در صورت عدم پاسخ گویی سریع به آنها، بی شک از دایرۀ فعالیت و بقا باز خواهند ماند. از این رو، این تحقیق به بررسی شاخص های کلیدی مؤثر بر چابک سازی سازمان ها با تأکید بر توسعه کارکرد اجتماعی صنعت بهداشتی و سلولزی پرداخته و چهارچوبی نظری و مفهومی را برای سازمان ها؛ بویژه صنعت بهداشتی و سلولزی ارائه می نماید. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی می باشد و بر آن است تا با بررسی مباحث نظری مربوط به بیست سال گذشته در حوزۀ چابک سازی، شاخص های کلیدی و اثربخش چابکی کارکنان برای توسعه کارکرد اجتماعی در صنعت بهداشتی و سلولزی ایران را با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی شناسایی کند و با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل فازی، الگویی سیستماتیک را برای مدل سازی و تأثیرگذاری شاخص ها ارائه نماید. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق بیانگر آن است که شاخص های کلیدی مؤثر بر چابک سازی کارکنان با تأکید بر توسعه کارکرد اجتماعی صنعت سلولزی ایران عیارتند از: تطابق با تغییر، انعطاف پذیری، سرعت تحویل و انجام مأموریت، بکارگیری فناوری مناسب، روزآمدی مهارت، توانمندی و چند مهارتی و پاسخ گویی سریع. از میان آنها تطابق با تغییر مؤثرترین عامل و سرعت تحویل و انجام مأموریت تأثیر پذیرترین عامل هستند.
Employee dexterity is a fundamental and functional issue in organizations and industries operating in the present century. Organizations operating actively and dynamically in modern business environments face social functions which have to be taken into account for the organization to survive and to function adequately. Therefore, the present descriptive survey aimed to investigate key employee dexterity factors focused on promoting social welfare and functioning in Iran Health and Cellulose Industry in order to offer a theoretical and conceptual framework. To serve the purpose, the contemporary literature on employee dexterity was reviewed using the Fuzzy Delphi Method to identify key influential factors can promote social functioning and the Fuzzy DEMATEL technique was applied to offer a systematic model explaining the relationships among the identified factors The findings highlighted adaptation to change, flexibility, pace of assigning and carrying out assignments, utilizing appropriate technology, updated skills, capability, multifunctional skills and accountability as the most effective factors. Adaptation to change and the pace of carrying out assignment were identified as the most influential and the most influenced factors, respectively.
