طراحی یک مدل مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات با استفاده از نظریه ساختار سازی تفسیری ISM (موردمطالعه: یک سازمان فن آور)

چکیده مقاله :
با توجه به توسعه مدلهای مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات در سطح جهانی، ضروری است که سازمانها برای موفقیت به تفاوتهای محیطی بین سازمانهای مختلف توجه کنند و مدل مورد نیاز خود را با شرایط خاص حاکم بر سازمان خود متناسب و سازگار سازند. در این تحقیق، توسعه یک مدل اجرایی از مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات به کمک نظریه ساختار سازی تفسیری ISM صورت گرفته است. به این منظور، در گام اول عناصر تشکیل دهنده مدل نگهداری و تعمیرات با انجام مطالعات و مصاحبههای قبلی بهدستآمده است. خروجی این مرحله شناسایی پنجاهوشش زیرمؤلفه، چهارده مؤلفه در قالب شش بعد اصلی میباشد. در گام بعدی بهمنظور برقراری ارتباط و توالی بین ابعاد و مؤلفهها، از روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری بهره گرفتهشده است. در این روش براساس نظرات خبرگان و تجزیه و تحلیلهای صورت گرفته، ساختار مدل مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات استخراج گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که شش بعد اصلی (رهبری، زیرساخت، اصول و مبانی، پشتیبانی، بهبود و تعالی) در هر سازمان فنآور با شرایط سازمان هدف، پایههای بنیادین هر مدل مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات را تشکیل میدهد و سایر مؤلفهها و زیرمؤلفه های مدل مورد تحقیق عملاً از این شش بعد آغاز میشوند و در نهایت منجر به بهبود و تعالی سازمان میگردد.
The worldwide development of Maintenance Management Models (MMM) underscores the need of various organizations to take into account contextual and organizational differences and to design a model that is congruent with their context-based requirements. The purpose of the current study was to design an executive Maintenance Management Mode based on the Interpretive Structural Modelling Approach. To serve the purpose, the constituent components of the MMM were initially identified through literature review and interviews with experts which specified 14 components and 56 subcomponents in the form of 6 essential factors. Next, Interpretative Structural Modelling was employed to establish the relationship among the components and subcomponents ant to sequence them accordingly. Eventually, the overall structure of the MMM was proposed based on expert views and the statistical analyses. The findings indicated that six fundamental components including leadership, infrastructure, fundamental principles, support, improvement and Excellency constitute the very basis of the maintenance management in each technological organization. And that other components and sub-components emanate from these six components leading to ultimate improvement and Excellency of the organization.
