چکیده مقاله :
امروزه رشد روزافزون تکنولوژی به گونه ای غیرقابل انکار بر صنایع مختلف تأثیر گذاشته است. با توجه به اهمیت عامل مدیریت کیفیت جامع و فناوری اطلاعات در صنعت و توجه روزافزون بدان، نگرش های مختلفی در خصوص راه ها و ابزار رسیدن به بهره وری توسط این منابع ارائه شده است. در نتیجه هدف از این پژوهش مطالعه و بررسی تأثیر تکنولوژی پیشرفته تولید بر بهره وری با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی مدیریت کیفیت جامع و استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در صنایع کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمان می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران و کارکنان صنایع کوچک و متوسط شهر کرمان بوده که برابر با 1586 نفر بوده است و حجم نمونه نیز برابر با 310 نفر بوده که برای به دست آوردن آن از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق برای گردآوری اطلاعات، روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی به کار رفته است. تحقیق حاضر کاربردی و همچنین از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و همبستگی می باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار SPSS و LISREL استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که تکنولوژی پیشرفته تولید در این صنایع تأثیر معناداری بر بهره وری دارد، این در حالی است که تکنولوژی پیشرفته تولید از طریق متغیرهای میانجی مدیریت کیفیت جامع و استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات تأثیر بیشتری بر بهره وری دارد.
Nowadays, rapid growth of technolog has affected different industriesin undeniable way. Considering the importance of TQM and IT in theindustry, different approaches have been presented to achieve theproductivity. So, using TQM and IT as mediator in small and mediumindustries in Kerman city has been investigated. The statisticalpopulations were managers and employees in SMEs in Kerman, whichadded up to 1586 people. Using Morgan's table the sample size was 310people. The sampling method was random stratified sampling. To gatherthe data field and library method were used. The research method wasdescriptive correlational research. To analyze the data, correlation testand structural equations modeling and SPSS and LISREL soft wareswere used. The results showed Thet there was a significant effectbetween the advanced manufacturing technology and productivity in thementioned industries. While the advanced manufacturing technologythrough TQM mediator variables and the use of Information technologyhave more effect on productivity.
