چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر سرمایه های فکری و رضایت شغلی کارکنان بر بهرهوری نیروی انسانی در بانک تجارت منطقه شمال غرب شهر تهران می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی- همبستگی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. همچنین این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کلیه کارکنان شعب بانک تجارت منطقه شمال غرب شهر تهران بوده و تعداد 260 نفر مطابق با جدول مورگان به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش نامه های سرمایه فکری، رضایت شغلی و بهرهوری نیروی انسانی می باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر تحلیل مسیر) استفاده شد و داده ها از طریق نرم افزارهای SPSS و LISREL مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایه فکری علاوه بر تأثیر مستقیم، به صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق رضایت شغلی نیز بر بهرهوری نیروی انسانی تأثیر میگذارد و شدت تأثیر غیرمستقم از مستقیم بیشتر است.
The purpose of this study is determining the impact of intellectual capitals and employee job satisfaction on employee productivity in North West Tejarat Bank of Tehran City. The research is a kind of correlation-descriptive study that has been conducted through the survey method. Also, the research is an applied one regarding its objective. The statistical population of the research included all the employees in North West Tejarat Bank of Tehran City, and 260 persons were selected as the sample according to Morgan’s table. The data gathering tools were the questionnaires of intellectual capital, job satisfaction and employee productivity. To analyze the data, we used descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling through path analysis), and the data were analyzed through SPSS and LISREL softwares. The findings of the research showed that intellectual capital, besides its direct impact, exerts an indirect impact on employee productivity through the mediation of job satisfaction and the intensity of the indirect impact is significantly higher than that of the direct impact.
