چکیده مقاله :
دغدغههای مرتبط با مباحث زیست محیطی از یک سو و محدودیت در منابع در دسترس برای سازمان های مختلف از سوی دیگر، توجّه به مدیریت بهرهوری و کیفیت محصولات و خدمات را بویژه در بین بنگاههای کوچک و متوسط الزامآور میکند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تبیین پیکرۀ ارتباطات، میان عوامل مؤثر بر بهرهوری کارکنان، مدیریت کیفیت و مدیریت زیستمحیطی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، مدیران، کارکنان و سرپرستان شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط در استان یزد میباشد که در 5 شاخۀ صنعتی (شیمیایی- سلولزی، غذایی، پوشاک، نساجی، معدنی، فلزی- برقی) فعّال هستند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه بوده که ابتدا با پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی میان عوامل شناسایی شده و ارائۀ مدل مفهومی پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، نظرات 9 نفر از مدیران شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط استان یزد گردآوری گردید. سپس بهمنظور برازش مدل بهدست آمده، با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS3، تعداد 400 پرسشنامه میان کارکنان و سرپرستان شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط استان یزد با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس توزیع گردیده که از این میان تعداد 265 پرسشنامه بازگشت داده شد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که فرهنگ همکاری، رهبری و بازخورد عملکردی با تمرکز بر مشتری و آموزش، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که آموزش و تمرکز بر مشتری، بر نوآوریگرایی، سیاستها و استراتژیهای زیستمحیطی، سرمایهگذاری زیستمحیطی، فرآیندهای تعریف شده و حمایت سازمان و مدیریت، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
Concerns related to environmental issues on the one hand and limited resources available for different organizations on the other hand make it mandatory to pay attention to productivity and quality management of products and services, especially among small and medium- sized enterprises. The purpose of this research was to explain the relationship among factors affecting employee productivity, quality management and environmental management. The statistical population of this research is managers, employees, and supervisors of small and medium-sized companies in Yazd province, which are active in 5 industrial branches (chemical-cellulose, food, clothing, textile, mineral, metal-electrical). The data collection instrument in this research was a questionnaire. Initially, using the questionnaire of the pair-wise comparisons of identified factors and presenting a conceptual model of the study through the interpretive structural modeling, the opinions of nine managers of small and medium-sized companies in Yazd province were sought. Then, in order to fit the obtained model, using the structural equation modeling approach and Smart PLS3 software, 400 questionnaires were distributed among the employees and supervisors of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yazd province through available sampling procedure, of which 265 questionnaires returned. The results of the analyses showed that the culture of cooperation, leadership and performance feedback has a positive significant effect on customer focus and training. Also, it was revealed that training and focusing on the customer has a positive significant effect on innovativeness, environmental policies and strategies, environmental investment, defined processes and organization and management support.
چکیده
دغدغههای مرتبط با مباحث زیستمحیطی از یکسو و محدودیت در منابع در دسترس برای سازمانهای مختلف از سوی دیگر، توجّه به مدیریت بهرهوری و کیفیت محصولات و خدمات را بویژه در بین بنگاههای کوچک و متوسط الزامآور میکند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تبیین پیکرۀ ارتباطات، میان عوامل مؤثر بر بهرهوری کارکنان، مدیریت کیفیت و مدیریت زیستمحیطی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، مدیران، کارکنان و سرپرستان شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط در استان یزد میباشد که در 5 شاخۀ صنعتي (شيميايي- سلولزي، غذايي، پوشاك، نساجي، معدني، فلزي- برقي) فعّال هستند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه بوده که ابتدا با پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی میان عوامل شناسایی شده و ارائۀ مدل مفهومی پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، نظرات 9 نفر از مدیران شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط استان یزد گردآوری گردید. سپس بهمنظور برازش مدل بهدست آمده، با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS3، تعداد 400 پرسشنامه میان کارکنان و سرپرستان شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط استان یزد با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس توزیع گردیده که از این میان تعداد 265 پرسشنامه بازگشت داده شد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که فرهنگ همکاری، رهبری و بازخورد عملکردی با تمرکز بر مشتری و آموزش، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که آموزش و تمرکز بر مشتری، بر نوآوریگرایی، سیاستها و استراتژیهای زیستمحیطی، سرمایهگذاری زیستمحیطی، فرآیندهای تعریف شده و حمایت سازمان و مدیریت، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
