چکیده مقاله :
در سال های اخیر و در پی توجه صنایع خودروسازی به کاهش وزن خودروها، استفاده از مواد جایگزین با وزن کمتر و خواص مکانیکی بالاتر مورد توجه این شرکتها قرار گرفته است. به طور خاص، ماده جایگزین فولاد حاوی بور ضرب داغ شده با توجه به خواص مکانیکی خوبی که دارد مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این ماده به دلیل عملکرد عالی، کاهش وزن فریم خودرو که به دلیل کاهش ضخامت ورق حاصل می شود و همچنین خاصیت افزایش طول قابل قبولی که دارد مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. با توجه به اینکه فرآیند ضرب زنی داغ فولاد حاوی بور باعث تشکیل رسوبات اکسیداسیون و همچنین کربن زدایی سطح می شود، استفاده از پوشش سطحی برای جلوگیری از این مشکلات ضروری است. این لایه پوششی خود باعث ایجاد مشکلات جانبی مانند باریک شدن محدوده جریان قابل جوش و همچنین کاهش خواص مکانیکی در حین جوشکاری مقاومتی می شود. از این رو، در این مطالعه، تحقیقات انجام شده برای بهبود جوش پذیری فولاد حاوی بور ضرب داغ شده با پوشش Al-Si از نظر مواد و فرآیند معرفی خواهد شد.
