چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اعتباریابی راهبردهای موثر بر ایجاد ظرفیت ها و بسترهای سیاسی در ورزش بود. روش پژوهش از نظر گردآوری دادهها آمیخته بود که به صورت کیفی-کمی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل شامل خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی، کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و کمیته ملی المپیک بودند. رشته تحصیلی و داشتن تالیفات علمی مرتبط با موضوع، دارا بودن سمتهای مدیریتی و تجارب اجرایی در سیاست و دیپلماسی ورزش، دارا بودن سمتهای مدیریتی و تجارب اجرایی در عرصه ورزش از جمله شاخصهای انتخاب لیست اولیه صاحبنظران بود. در بخش کمی مدیران و کارشناسان ادارات وزارت و ورزش و جوانان بودند که تعداد آنان شامل 360 نفر بود، بودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبههای نیمه ساختارمند و پرسشنامة محقق ساختهای بود که با توجه به کدهای استخراج شده در قسمت کیفی، طراحی گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل قسمت کیفی با نرم افزار Maxqda، همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل قسمت کمی با نرم افزار مدل معادلاتساختاری AMOS انجام گرفت. نتایج مربوطه به راهبردهای موثر بر ایجاد ظرفیت ها و بسترهای سیاسی در ورزش داده شده است که شامل، 5 مفهوم و 18 کدنهایی شناسایی و مورد تایید قرار گرفته اند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد راهبردهای پژوهش شامل سرمایهگذاری در جهت ارتقاء قدرت نرم، تربیت نیروی انسانی، تدوین برنامه راهبردی، استفاده از تمام ظرفیت ها بود. در نهایت نتایج مدل به لحاظ اعتبار یابی نیز تایید گردید.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of the current research was to identify and validate effective strategies for creating capacities and political bases in sports. The research method was mixed in terms of data collection, which was qualitative-quantitative. The statistical community in the qualitative section included the statistical community in the qualitative section included sports management experts, experts from the Ministry of Sports and the National Olympic Committee. Field of study and having scientific publications related to the subject, having managerial positions and executive experience in sports politics and diplomacy, having managerial positions and executive experience in the field of sports were among the selection indicators for the initial list of experts. In the quantitative section, there were managers and experts of the Ministry and Sports and Youth Departments, whose number included 360 people. The research tool included semi-structured interviews and a structured researcher questionnaire, which was designed according to the codes extracted in the qualitative part. Qualitative part analysis was done with Maxqda software, and quantitative part analysis was done with AMOS structural equation model software. The relevant results have been given to effective strategies on creating capacities and political platforms in sports, which include 5 concepts and 18 final codes that have been identified and approved. The results of this research showed that research strategies included investing in the promotion of soft power, training human resources, developing a strategic plan, and using all capacities. Finally, the results of the model were also confirmed in terms of validation.
