چکیده مقاله :
امروزه سازمان های ورزشی با بحران های متعددی مواجه هستند به گونه ای که ریشه یابی بحران و شیوه مدیریت آن با استفاده از رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین مدل عوامل موثر بر مدیریت بحران با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در سازمانهای ورزشی اصفهان انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع تحقیقات، توصیفی بود که به صورت پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل کارکنان سازمان ورزش شهرداری، کارکنان باشگاه های حرفه ای و کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان اصفهان بود. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای 152 نفر به عنوان نمونه نهایی انتخاب شدند. گردآوری دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه و تحلیل دادهها با بهکارگیری مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. فرهنگ سازمانی (با سه مولفه درگیرشدن در کار، سازگاری، انطباقپذیری و رسالت)، تسهیم دانش به عنوان متغیرهای پیش بین و چابکی در مقابله با حوادث و کنترل شرایط بحرانی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل به عنوان متغیر های ملاک تحقیق وارد مدل شدند. نتایج نشان داد فرهنگ سازمانی از طریق تاثیر بر تسهیم دانش( ضریب تاثیر 742/0و معناداری 3/16) بر چابکی در مقابله با سوانح تاثیرگذار است. همچنین تسهیم دانش نیز بر چابکی در مقابله با حوادث ( ضریب تاثیر 344/0و معناداری 85/2) اثرگذار است. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که فرهنگ سازمانی و تسهیم دانش تأثیر بسزایی در ایجاد چابکی در مقابله با سوانح با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل دارند. از این رو تدوین الگوی مستندسازی تجربه ای، بهکارگیری دادهکاوی، افزایش تعلق سازمانی کارکنان و مدیران دانش محور از جمله توصیههای کاربردی به مدیران به منظور چابکسازی سازمان برای مدیریت بحران در سازمانهای ورزشی باشد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of organizationa culture on knowledge sharing and agility in crisis management. The method of this study is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of research type, a descriptive survey is carried out. The statistical population of this study included employees of Isfahan,s sport organization. 386 people were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire and data analysis using structural equation modeling with Smart PLS and SPSS software. The results indicate that the organizational culture is a significant predictor of knowledge sharing in employees. In other words, the organizational culture does affect the knowledge sharing. Meanwhile the results of structural equation modeling show that identifying the affecting parameters of agility in critical conditions and improving them can be constructive in encouraging employees to demonstrate agility behavior. What is more, according to the findings, organizational culture and knowledge sharing considerably affect agility in crisis management. Therefore, formulating a model for documenting experiences, applying data mining, increasing the organizational affiliation of employees and knowledge-based managers are among the practical recommendations for managers to agile organization for crisis management in sports organizations.
