چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین ارتباط حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده با مشارکت ورزشی در دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ممسنی بود روش شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ممسنی می باشد. که طبق آماری که از کارگزینی این اداره ها گرفته شده است، برابر با 3491 نفر می باشند. که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و به روش نموه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای نمونه آماری351 نفرشد. ماهیت این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی می باشد و جمع آوری داده ها بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی بوده است و ابزار جمع آوری داده ها شامل، پرسشنامه های استاندارد سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998)، حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده ایزنبرگ و همکاران(1990) و مشارکت ورزشی پارسامهر و همکاران (1392) است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بر اساس نرم افزار آماریSPSS صورت گرفته است. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده با مشارکت ورزشی دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شهرستان ممسنی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (01/0P ≤). بحث و نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه شایسته است که در این سازمان به به منظور بالارفتن مشارکت ورزشی توجه بیشتری به متغیرهای حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و حمایت سازمانی ادراک شود.
Introduction: The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between perceived social support and perceived organizational support with sports participation in high school female students of Mamasani city. Research methodology: The statistical population of the research is all female high school students in Mamasani city which according to the statistics obtained from the recruitment offices, are equal to 3491 people. The statistical sample was 351 people using Morgan's table and random cluster sampling method. The nature of this research is descriptive survey research, and data collection was based on library and field studies, and data collection tools included Nahapiet and Ghoshal's standard social capital (1998), Eisenberger et al.'s perceived organizational support (1990) and Parsamehr et al.'s sports participation (2013) questionnaires. Data analysis was done via SPSS statistical software. Findings: The results of the research indicate that there is a significant relationship between the perceived social support and the perceived organizational support with the sports participation of female high school students in Mamasani city(P ≤ 0.01). Conclusion: As a result, it is appropriate to pay more attention to the variables of perceived social support and perceived organizational support in this organization in order to improve the sports participation.
