الگوی تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر ادراک چابکی در تدریس(مورد مطالعه؛ دانشآموزان دورة متوسطه آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان)

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، الگوی تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر چابکی در تدریس بوده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعة آماری مورد مطالعة این پژوهش را همة دانشآموزان دورة دوم متوسطه آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 تشکیل دادهاند. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای استفاده شده است و تعداد 382 نفر برای پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای عوامل مؤثر بر چابکی در تدریس (95/0= α)، توانمندسازی روانشناختی (91/0= α) و ادراک چابکی در تدریس (93/0= α) بوده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه گامبهگام و مدل معادله ساختاری استفاده به عمل آمده است. بهطور کلی یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد، بین بهرهگیری از انعطافپذیری در تدریس، مهارتهای مدیریت زمان و بهرهگیری از مهارتهای خلاق در فراگیران با توسعه تدریس چابکی ادراک شده در سطح 05/0>P رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، توانمندسازی شناختی، رابطة بین بهرهگیری از مهارتهای مدیریت زمان و انعطافپذیری در تدریس و بهرهگیری از مهارتهای خلاقیت در تدریس فراگیران را با توسعة تدریس چابکی ادراک شده در سطح 05/0>P، میانجیگری میکند. نتایج نشان داد، الگوی مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش از برازش نسبتاً مطلوبی برخوردار بوده است.
The purpose of the present a model in order to evaluate the effective factors on expanding the teaching of perceived agility. The population studied in the present research includes Esfahan high school students in academic year 1392-93. A multi- stage clustered random sampling method was used to select the sample and 382 students were chosen.The present study instruments include three questionnaires namely: 1. The researcher made questionnaire about the factors on expanding the teaching of perceived agility. 2. Psychological rehabilitation researcher-made questionnair3. The researcher made questionnaire on expanding the teaching of perceived agility. For data analysis including person correlation method and step-by-step multi correlation and rout analysis model. Generally, the research findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between using flexibility, time management skills, using creative skills in students and developing perceived agility. The findings also indicate that cognitive rehabilitation, the relationship between time management skills, flexibility in teaching and using creativity skills in teaching, meditate students with developing of teaching perceived agility. Also the results indicate that the studied mode lain this research has a relatively ideal fitting.
