بررسی رویکرد برنامه درسی غالب اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه شاهد با عنایت به ماهیت رشتههای تخصصی و سطح تحصیلات آنان

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رویکرد برنامه درسی غالب اعضای هیأت علمی (تمرکزی، مصالحه جویانه و تمایزی) دانشگاه شاهد بوده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و از نوع پیمایشی و از ابزار، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته متناسب سازی شده، حسب دیدگاه سعد شاور ( (Sad Shawer, 2010استفاده شده است. از جامعه آماری اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدههای هشت گانه دانشگاه با حجم 279 نفر، نمونهها با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی پس از محاسبه حجم جمعیت در زیرگروههای هشت دانشکده و دو گروه جنسی، تعداد 161 نفر نمونه برآورد شدند. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار مورد تأیید صاحب نظران و پایایی آن نیز در آلفای کرونباخ 71/. بوده است. تحلیل آماری دادههای به کمک، شاخصهای: میانگین، انحراف معیار و نیز آزمون های استنباطی؛ t تی تک متغیره و دو گروه مستقل، F تحلیل واریانس یک راهه، آزمون تعقیبی توکی و فریدمن، انجام شده است. یافتهها نشان دادکه نوع ماهیت رشتههای علمی، میزان به روز بودن سرفصلهای آموزشی و نوع محتوای برنامه درسی دورههای آموزشی دکتری اجرا شده برای اعضای هیأت علمی در فرایند تحصیلات آنها، بر شکل گیری رویکرد برنامه درسی غالب آنان، مؤثر واقع شده و در طیفی از؛ مراعات کننده دقیق سرفصلهای آموزشی (تمرکزی) تا فعال در عرصه برنامه ریزی درسی کلاسی دانشگاهی (تمایزی) قرار میگیرند.
The aim of present research was to survey the dominant curriculum approach (Adaptation, development, and Fidility) of Shahed University faculties. The research community was 279 faculties of Shahed University in eight colleges that the 161 sample selected as statistical randomly estimation. The current research is conducted in descriptive-analytical method based on survey research and to collect data, scale of with Saad Shawer perspective as well as researcher-made questionnaire fit. Statistical analysis of data use to indicators such as mean, standard deviations and tests » one sample and independent t test», « F ANOVA, Tuky test, and Friedman«. Face and content validity of the instrument was approved and its reliability by the Cronbach alpha was 0.71 as well. The findings show that the scientific disciplines nature, the applied research extents and also updating training syllabus rate and the training curriculum content of doctoral courses implemented for faculties in their education process influenced on the formation of their using dominant curriculum approach and therefore faculties according to their field specialty and educational level stand in the range of specific observant training syllabus to active (Adaptation), in arena with college classroom curriculum planning(Fidility).
