مطالعة رابطه بین میزان بهکارگیری معیارهای تدریس اثربخش توسط استادان با روحیة علمی دانشجویان

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه بین میزان کاربست معیارهای تدریس اثربخش توسط استادان دانشگاه با روحیة علمی دانشجویان بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل کلیة دانشجویان دانشگاه مازندران در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 بوده است که از طریق نمونهگیری طبقهای، 375 نفر بهعنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسشنامة محقق ساخته تدریس اثربخش و روحیه علمی بود. هر دو پرسشنامة مزبور حاوی 30 پژوهش پنج گزینهای مطابق با مقیاس 5 درجهای لیکرت بودهاند. روایی پرسشنامهها از طریق بررسی و تأیید ده نفر از استادان رشته علوم تربیتی حاصل شد و پایایی نیز بهواسطة بازآزمایی روی 30 نفر از نمونة انتخابی جامعة اصلی بررسی شد که برای پرسشنامة تدریس اثربخش همبستگی بسیار بالا (r=0/85) و برای پرسشنامة روحیه علمی نیز همبستگی نسبتاً بالایی (r=0/77) به دست آمد. اهم نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که عملکرد استادان دانشگاه مازندران در بهکارگیری معیارهای تدریس اثربخش در معیار برخورداری از ویژگیهای شخصیتی در حد "مطلوب" و در پنج معیار دیگر در حد "نسبتاً مطلوب" است. سطح روحیه علمی دانشجویان نیز در هیچیک از حیطههای مورد بررسی، در حد "مطلوب" نیست. همچنین یافتهها نشان دادند که بین عملکرد استادان در کاربست معیارهای تدریس اثربخش و سطح روحیة علمی دانشجویان، رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (05/0P<) و عملکرد استادان در میزان بهکارگیری معیارهای تدریس اثربخش، پیشبین مثبت و معنیداری برای سطح روحیه علمی دانشجویان است. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتوان اظهار داشت که عملکرد استادان در کاربست معیارهای تدریس اثربخش، نقش بسیار مهمی در سطح روحیة علمی دانشجویان دارد. از این رو ضروری است در راستای رشد سطح روحیه علمی دانشجویان، استادان دانشگاه، معیارهای تدریس اثربخش را به نحو مطلوبی مورد استفاده قرار دهند.
The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the rate of effective teaching criteria by university professors and the Scientific spirit of students. The statistical population of the study consisted of all students of Mazandaran University in the academic year 2012-2013. By stratified sampling, 375 students were selected as the statistical sample of the study. The research instrument consisted of two researcher-made questionnaires: Effective Teaching and Scientific Spirituality. Both of the questionnaires contained 30 questions of five options according to the Likert scale of 5 degrees. Validity of two questionnaires given to study and consult the 10 teachers in educational sciences has been verified and reliability through an open trial on 30 subjects selected from a population of (other than samples) were examined for the questionnaire effective teaching highly correlated high (r = 0/85) and the scientific spirit of solidarity questionnaire relatively "high (r = 0/77), respectively. findings indicate that the performance of teachers, Mazandaran University, 4 School of Law and Political Science, Basic Sciences, Arts and Architecture, the application criteria designing, teaching, education, classroom management, human relations and evaluation, as relatively "good and desirable criteria for personality characteristics, highly desirable. Level of students' scientific morale is not in the "Desirable" in any of the areas considered. The findings also showed that there is a significant relationship between the performance of the professors in applying the effective teaching standards and the level of students' morale (P <0.05), and the performance of the professors in applying the effective teaching criteria is a positive and significant prediction for the level Student Spirituality. Regarding the results of this study, it can be stated that the performance of professors in the application of effective teaching standards plays a very important role in the level of students' academic morale. Therefore, in order to increase the level of academic spirit of students, university professors use effective teaching standards effectively.
