بررسی نقش میانجی سلامت روانی در رابطۀ بین مؤلفههای رهبری پدرسالارانه با عملکرد شغلی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی سلامت روانی در رابطۀ بین مؤلفههای رهبری پدرسالارانه با عملکرد شغلی در میان کارکنان دانشگاه لرستان بود. طرح پژوهش رابطهای و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه شامل کلیۀ کارکنان دانشگاه لرستان در سال تحصیلی 1396 به تعداد 575 نفر بود. نمونۀ آماری 234 نفر بود و به روش طبقهای با حجم متناسب انتخاب شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای رهبری پدرسالارانۀVivian, Sheer, 2012)) عملکرد شغلی(Paterson, 1970) وسلامت روانی(Goldberg & Hillier, 1979) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و از روش آزمون سوبل برای بررسی معناداری اثر غیرمستقیم فرضیههای میانجی استفاده شد. نتیجۀ پژوهش نشان داد که از میان مؤلفههای رهبری پدرسالارانه، رابطۀ رهبری مستبدانه با عملکرد شغلی پایین(262/0-=β)، رابطۀ رهبری خیرخواهانه (288/0=β) و رهبری اخلاقی(186/0=β) با عملکرد شغلی بالا می باشد. رابطۀ رهبری مستبدانه با سلامت روانی پایین(248/0-=β)، رابطۀ رهبری خیرخواهانه(175/0=β) و رهبری اخلاقی(452/0=β)با سلامت روانی بالا میباشد. رابطۀ سلامت روانی(298/0=β)با عملکرد شغلی بالا میباشد. اثر غیرمستقیم رهبری مستبدانه بر عملکرد شغلی(073/0-=β) توسط متغیر میانجی سلامت روانی(335/0-=β)تبیین شد. اثر غیرمستقیم رهبری خیرخواهانه بر عملکرد شغلی(052/0=β) توسط متغیر میانجی سلامت روانی(034/0=β) تبیین شد و اثرغیرمستقیم رهبری اخلاقی(134/0=β) توسط متغیر میانجی سلامت روانی(32/0=β)تبیین شد.
This study aimed to investigate role mediator mental health in relationship between dimension paternalistic leadership with performance job. This research any sort study is descriptive correlational study sample included all staff year 1396 lorestan university has established a number of 575 people. The statistical sample of 234 people is the sample using the method stratified proportional size selected. For data collection questionnaires. Paternalistic Leadership vivian sheer (2012), Performance Job paterson (1970) and Mental Health Goldberg & Hillier (1979) was used. For the analysis using of structural equation modeling.The results show that Among the dimensions of paternalistic leadership, relationship authoritarian leadership with job performance reduse (β= - 0/262)relationship benevolent leadership (β = 0.288) and etical leadership (β = 0.186) to increased with job performance. The relationship authoritarian leadership decreases with mental health (B = -0.248),relationship benevolent leadership (β = 0.175), and etical leadership (β = 0.452) increase with mental health of theemployee. Ther is relationship increase between mental health with job performance (β = 0.298). The effect of authoritarian leadership on job performance was indirect (β = - 0.073) explained with mediating role of mental health(β= - 0.335).
