بررسی رابطه ادراک از عدالت سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در کارکنان مؤسسه مالی اعتباری ثامن استان مازندران

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ میان سطوح ادراک از عدالت سازمانی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان است. روش پژوهش رابطه ای و از نوع مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و ابزار اندازهگیری در این تحقیق پرسشنامة بسته است. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کلیۀ کارکنان مؤسسات مالی ثامن استان مازندران به تعداد 148 نفر تشکیل میدهند که از این تعداد 114 نفر به شیوة نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدهاند. یافته ها نشان داد که میان عدالت سازمانی ادراکشده و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و ابعاد آن شامل نوعدوستی، جوانمردی، وظیفه شناسی، تواضع و ادب اجتماعی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (01/0P<). همچنین پس از بررسی و آزمون، وجود ارتباط مثبت میان عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویه ای و عدالت مراوده ای با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
The purpose of the present research is to investigate the relationships between the employee’s perception level of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. The method the present research is relational and the structural equation modeling is used, and also the measuring tool in this research is closed questionnaire. Statistical population of study includes all of 148 employees of the SAMEN Institutes of Mazandaran Province from which 114 employees were selected by simple random sampling method as a sample. Findings showed that there is significant and positive relationship between perceived Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its dimensions such as altruism, sportsmanship, conscientiousness, courtesy, and civic virtue (P˂0/01). Also, after the investigation and test, the existence of relationship between distributive justice, procedural justice, and intractional justice with organizational citizenship behavior is suported.courtesy, and civic virtue (P˂0/01).
