چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: نقش مدیران در سطح شرکت‌های دارای ماهیت نمایندگی در بازار سرمایه از اهمیت ویژه و اثرگذاری بر تقارن اطلاعات و افشاء کامل اطلاعات به ویژه اطلاعات زیست محیطی برای برآورده ساختن انتظارات ذینفعان در بسترهای اجتماعی برخوردار می باشد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی محورهای شخصیت هیستریک (نمایشی) مدیران در جلوه‌گری اقناعی گفتمان زیست‌محیطی می باشد.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش که از نظر روش شناسی توسعه‌ا‌ی و ترکیبی محسوب می‌شود، تلاش گردید تا با اتکاء به فرآیندهای تحلیل فراترکیب و دلفی در بخش کیفی پژوهش، اقدام به شناسایی محورهای شخصیت هیستریک مدیران در جلوه‌گری اقناعی گفتمان زیست‌محیطی شود. سپس در بخش کمی از تحلیل رتبه بندی تفسیری جهت شناسایی اثرگذارترین محور اختلال شخصیت هیستریک (نمایشی) مدیران در جلوه‌گری اقناعی گفتمان زیست‌محیطی استفاده گردد. بازه زمانی مطالعه حاضر شش ماه می باشد.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش در بخش کیفی از وجود شش محور شخصیت هیستریکمدیران در جلوه‌گری اقناعی گفتمان زیست‌محیطی حکایت داشت. نتایج در بخش کمی پژوهش نشان داد، درصد تاثیرگذاری بعد شرطی‌سازی سبز ذینفعان نقش موثرتری در در جلوه‌گری اقناعی گفتمان‌های محیط‌زیستی شرکت‌ها بیشتر است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه کسب شده بیان کننده ی این موضوع است که مدیران با تحریک ذهنی هدفمند ذینفعان خود تلاش می‌نمایند تا مسبر راهبردهای عملکردی سبز شرکت را آنگونه که می‌خواند در ذهنیت آنان پیاده‌سازی نمایند تا تصویر مثبتی از شرکت در چارچوب عملکرد سبز ایجاد شود.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and Objective: The role of managers at the level of representative companies in the capital market is of special importance and has an effect on the symmetry of information and full disclosure of information, especially environmental information, to meet the expectations of stakeholders in social contexts. The purpose of this research is Evaluation of manager’s hysterical personality axes in the persuasive display of environmental discourse.
Material and Methodology: In this research, which is considered developmental and hybrid in terms of methodology, an attempt was made to identify the axis of the hysterical personality of managers in the persuasive display of environmental discourse by relying on meta-composite analysis and Delphi processes in the qualitative part of the research.
Findings: The results of the research in the qualitative part, after the content screening of 12 verified studies, indicated the existence of six axes of hysterical (showy) personality of managers in the persuasive display of environmental discourse.
Discussion and Conclusion: The obtained result shows that the managers, by stimulating the minds of their stakeholders, try to implement the company's green performance strategies in their minds, so as to create a positive image of the company in the framework of green performance.
