زمینه: تحقیق حاضر در زمینه مدیریت دانش و تاثیر آن بر ابعاد مختلف عملکردی سازمان در زنجیره تامین صنعت خودرو صورت پذیرفته است. هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر شاخصهای عملکردی سازمان نظیر تحویل به موقع و کیفیت برای تامین کنندگان شرکت نیرومحرکه در زنجیره تامین خودرو بود. روش: تحقیق بر حسب هدف کاربردی و بر اساس شیوه اجرا و گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی-پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تامین کنندگان فعال شرکت نیرومحرکه (99 تامین کننده) بود که مطابق جدول مورگان 80 تامین کننده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامه بود. اطلاعات جمعآوری شده با استفاده از مدل سازی معادله ساختاری و به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی توسط نرم افزار smartPLS 3، تحلیل شد. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که مدیریت دانش، تاثیر مثبتی روی عملکرد دارد. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که مدیریت دانش بیشترین تاثیر را بر شاخص کیفیت داشته و بر شاخصهای تحویل به موقع و رضایت مشتری نیز تاثیر مثبت دارد ولی بر شاخص هزینه تاثیر معناداری ندارد. نتایج: استقرار نظام مدیریت دانش در سازمان میتواند سبب بهبود عملکرد سازمانها گردد. سازندگان جهت بهبود عملکرد خود میبایست روی مدیریت دانش سازمان سرمایهگذاری بیشتری نمایند.
Background: This research conducted in the context of knowledge management and its effect on different performance dimensions of an organization in the automotive industry supply chain. Objective: Analysis of the effect of knowledge management on the organization’s performance indicators such as on-time delivery and quality for the suppliers of Nirou Moharrekeh Company in the automotive supply chain was the objective of this research. Method: In terms of the objective, this research is an applied one, and based on method, is an survey-correlation one. The research population was the active suppliers of Nirou Moharrkeh (including 99 suppliers) which 80 suppliers were selected as sample population. Questionnaire was the tool of this research. Gathered data were analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Lest Square method using smartPLS software. Findings: Data analysis showed that knowledge management has a positive effect on performance. The analysis results showed that knowledge management has the most effect on the quality indicator and also has positive effect on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, but it has no significant effect on cost indicator. Conclusions: Implementation of knowledge management in the organization, improves its performance. So, because of improvement their performance, suppliers should invest more on organization knowledge management
