چکیده مقاله :
ﻫﺪف ﮐﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ بوده اﺳﺖ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﻫﺪف آن ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي بود و روش ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ کتابخانه ای و ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ بوده اﺳﺖ. در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ، کلیه ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره آموزش و پرورش استان گلستان ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد 756 ﻧﻔﺮ بوده است. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده می باشد و حجم ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ جدول مورگان ﺗﻌﺪاد 276 ﻧﻔﺮ می باشد. این تحقیق بر اساس پرسشنامه ها جمع آوری شده و همچنین ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ي ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS22 و SMART PLS اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که در ﺳﻄﺢ 95% ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد؛ بین شادکامی و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد؛ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد؛ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﮔﺮي ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ که ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آزمون فرضیه ها نشان می دهد که فرضیه های تحقیق مورد تایید می باشد.
The general goal of this research was to investigate the mediating role of perceived organizational learning ability in the relationship between happiness and organizational citizenship behavior. The research method was descriptive and its purpose was applied, and the method of collecting data was library and field and questionnaire tools. In the current research of the statistical community, all the employees of Golestan province education department were 756 people. The random sampling method is simple and the sample size is 276 people according to Morgan's table. This research was collected on the basis of questionnaires and all analysis and analyzes were done by means of SPSS22 and SMART PLS software. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between happiness and organizational citizenship behavior at the 95% level; There is a significant relationship between happiness and perceived organizational learning ability; There is a significant relationship between perceived organizational learning ability and citizenship behavior; Also, the perceived organizational learning ability mediates the relationship between happiness and organizational citizenship behavior, which results from the hypothesis test show that the research hypotheses are confirmed.
