چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان مدارس ابتدایی ناحیه (4) آموزش‌وپرورش استان قم بود. این پژوهش از نظر اهداف، کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 1625 نفر از معلمان مدارس ابتدائی آموزش‌وپرورش ناحیه (4) استان قم هستند، که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 مشغول تدریس بودند. نمونه آماری 311 نفر بودند که براساس فرمول کوکران و به شیوه تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه‌ای قنبرپور، عباسیان، آراسته، و نوابراهیم (1397) با پایایی0.963 براساس آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی و استنباطی داده‌ها مطابق آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و تی برای مقایسه میانگین دو گروه مستقل و آزمون لون در قالب نرم‌افزار SPSS نشان داد، وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای، معنویت اخلاق حرفه‌ای، شخصیت اخلاقی و خودشناسی معلمان، بالاتر از حد متوسط است. مسئولیت اخلاقی در قبال دانش‌آموزان، مسئولیت اخلاقی در قبال اولیاء و سرپرستان، اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان، مسئولیت اخلاقی در قبال حرفه و همکاران، در معلمان از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار است. مسئولیت اخلاقی در قبال سازمان و اداره بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار دارد. بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان زن و مرد تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان سطوح مختلف تحصیلی نیز تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد.
The aim of the present research was to determine the status of professional ethics among primary school teachers in District 4 of Qom Province's Education Department. This research is applied in terms of its objectives and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection.
The statistical population included 1,625 primary school teachers from District 4 of Qom Province who were teaching during the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample consisted of 311 teachers, selected through stratified random sampling based on Cochran's formula. Data were collected using the standard professional ethics questionnaire by Ghanbarpour, Abbasian, Arasteh, and Nowabrahim (2018), with a reliability score of 0.963 based on Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive and inferential analysis of the data was conducted using
one-sample t-tests, independent sample t-tests, and Levene's test through SPSS software. The results showed that the status of professional ethics, moral spirituality, ethical character, and self-awareness of teachers is above average. Ethical responsibility towards students, ethical responsibility towards parents and supervisors, professional ethics of teachers, ethical responsibility towards the profession and colleagues are in a favorable condition. The ethical responsibility towards the organization and administration is also above average. There was no significant difference in the professional ethics of male and female teachers, nor was there a significant difference in professional ethics across different educational levels.
