After performing the metasynthesis and review steps, 14 articles out of 152 articles were found. The results showed that the components of technological capabilities (mastery of related software, increasing efficiency and interactions using the internal network and the ability to use the Internet for educational and research purposes) and the component of technological infrastructure (Existence of up-to-date technological infrastructure and equipment, creation of technological knowledge base, creation of virtual discussion mechanisms, existence of optical fiber and personal computers, necessary support in the field of technology, the documentation of experiences and use of internet and intranet) can be cited
