فراتحلیل اثر شبکههای مجازی و توسعه حرفهایی (مطالعه موردی دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان همدان)

هدف پژوهش حاضر فراتحلیل پژوهشهای انجام شده در زمینه اثر شبکههای اجتماعی برتوسعه حرفهای دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان همدان می باشد. روش این پژوهش فراتحلیل می باشد. جامعه آماری را، کلیه مقالات مندرج در پایگاههای علمی، سیویلیکا؛ نورمگز، اس.آی، دی، علوم انسانی و مقالات نمایه شده در مجلات، بین سالهای 1400-1392 تشکیل داده که از بین آثار انجام شده 34 مورد انتخاب و بعد از بررسیهای انجام شده 21 پژوهش بدلیل دارا بودن اطلاعات لازم انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور گردآوری دادههای موردنیاز، عدم سوگیری انتشار، ناهمگنی، اندازهی اثر، بررسی شد. حساسیت و ضریب اندازهی اثر با به کارگیری نرم افزار CMA بررسی شد. یافتهها نشان دادند اندازه اثر شبکه مجازی در سه سطح بالا، متوسط و پایین قرار دارند. که بالاترین اندازه اثر(0.597 و 0.562) اندازه اثر متوسط (0.329،0.393،0.422) و پایینترین اندازه اثر(0.195،0.148)میباشد. بر این اساس بین شبکههای مجازی با توسعه حرفهای دانشجو معلمان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. و این مطلب موید تاثیر شبکههای مجازی بر توسعه حرفهای دانشجو معلمان در دانشگاهها میباشد.
The purpose of this study is to meta-analyze the research conducted on the effect of social networks on the professional development of students of Farhangian University of Hamadan. The method of this research is meta-analysis. Statistical community, all articles in scientific databases, Civilica; Normagz, S.I.D., humanities and articles indexed in journals, between 1300-1400, which were selected from among the works done 34 and after studies, 21 studies were selected due to having the necessary information. . In order to collect the required data, no diffusion bias, heterogeneity, effect size were investigated. Sensitivity and effect size were evaluated using CMA software. The results showed that the size of the virtual network effect is at three levels: high, medium and low. The highest effect size (0.597 and 0.562) is the average effect size (0.329,0.393,0.422) and the lowest effect size (0.195,0.148). Accordingly, there is a significant relationship between virtual networks and the development of the student-teacher profession. And this confirms the impact of virtual networks on the development of student-teacher careers in universities.
